I used avacado cooking spray, blueberry Kefir (less water more Kefir) light tasting olive oil, Better ‘n’ Eggs, and white chocolate chips. At the end of baking (15 + 33mins), I spinkled raw sugar and cinnamon on top. It turned out incredibly moist. The white chocolate melted into the bread. They look, smell and taste sooo perfect for fall!
Can’t beat this brand of chocolate. The chips are delicious in recipes or just popped into your mouth for a sweet chocolate treat. Highly recommend if you need a very large amount of chips. I separated into 5 smaller plastic bags to use when needed. Buying in larger quantity was more cost saving. Highly recommend buying, I’d buy again for sure.

Ghirardelli is the finest baking chocolate available. Today, I am making chocolate fudge with toasted walnuts. It’s something I’ve made many times. The same for chocolate pie, truffles, cake and anything chocolate. Only the best!
Sugar free but you can’t taste it!
I’d never tried this brand of chocolate but decided to take a chance on it. OMG, it’s amazing! I made chocolate truffles with it – half the ganache truffle balls rolled in cocoa powder and the other half dipped in this stuff tempered first which was a first attempt for me. I’ve gifted quite a few of the truffles and so far everyone who’s eaten one said they feel like they died and went to heaven. I used to use Trader Joe’s chocolate to make my truffles which is also Belgian chocolate, but this one is far superior.
Got a bad bag I guess. They taste good. Not worth trying to return. If I get another bad bag I will look for alternatives.
