I’ve used black seed oil for about a year both internally and topically and recently decided to give this brand a try. This oil is different from the brand I usually buy, in color, flavor, scent, and viscosity. See my photos for side by side color comparison. I’ll take each point separately:1. Color: Maju brand is a clear golden color, no sediment that I could see. My usual brand is much darker and when getting to the end of the bottle (I usually forget to shake it before dispensing) there is a lot of sediment.2. Flavor: Maju tastes MUCH milder than my usual brand. My usual brand is sharp and pungent to the point that I mix it with MTC oil with a squirt of liquid stevia before gulping the shot down while trying not to taste it. I don’t do smoothies because I low-carb. The Maju, mixed with my MTC shot does not need any stevia, tastes quite mild, and does not, so far, give me any “black seed burps” that I usually get with the other.3. Viscosity: Maju is a bit thinner than my usual brand. I use black seed topically on problem areas and I am used to the feel of it portioning it out and spreading it on my skin. The Maju is thinner. The same amount spreads easier and covers more area. It also soaks in quicker.4. Scent: Used topically my old brand smelled… loudly pungent. I mixed various essential oils with it to try to tone down/cover up the scent (didn’t really work, the black seed smell dominated no matter what). The Maju brand oil has milder scent that seems to blend well with essential oils. 20 minutes after application I can still smell the black seed, but it is not unpleasant.I emailed the sellers about the differences and asked them to explain. Basically, they say the answer to all of the above is that there are regional differences in color based on different growing regions. Oils from India/Egypt seeds are darker/pungent. Oil from Turkey, lighter/less pungent. Processing also makes a difference as Maju brand is cold pressed without solvents. They also said other oils are unfiltered, however they did not say theirs WAS filtered – but it looks filtered to me. They say their method of processing results in lighter color and more active compounds. I was pleased with the quick response from the sellers.The upshot is that I bought a second bottle and gave it to my adult daughter who is experiencing some health problems, instead of giving her the other brand. I guess that means I like this stuff better.My only quibble so far is the shaker top on the bottle. This might be nice if I shook this drop by drop onto salads or something, but I measure it out by pouring. I had to use a knife to pry that thing out of the bottle.If I change my mind after a few months of use, I will update this review!

I rarely, if ever write reviews because (1) I’m too lazy and (2) I never feel that strongly about anything, BUT today I have to spread The Gospel of Black Seed Oil (forgive me Jesus). I initially tried this because of painful stiffness in my left knee (it’s been arthritic since I was 11), I’m now a lady of a certain age 😉, so I’ve had this issue for a while, and I have horrrrible sleeping habits (addicted to social media, smartphone and tablet *sigh*). Of course, I read what everyone was saying that Black Seed Oil cured everything other than Death, and this brand was recommended in a Facebook group I was in (shout out to Weightloss for Melanated Beauties!)💋Soooooo…I tried the oil!😳🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮The taste, the taste, the taste…Sweet Baby Jesus, Mary, Joseph, the donkey, the stable, the manger and all the other animals!!! It was indescribably disgusting! It really was! It made me shudder and gag! But, it made me sleep like a baby, such a deep and restful sleep…I literally jumped out of bed alert and with so much energy the following morning and I swear, I kid you not, the stiffness in my left knee was gone. I could bend it without pain (Thank you Jesus!)🙌🏾 So I manned up when it came to the taste, because the benefits was worth it. By the 3rd or 4th day, there was such a feeling of wellness in my body, yes I felt a profound feeling of wellness (it was remarkable to me), and I was energetic. I still loathed the abominable taste, but again the benefits. I just made sure I chased the taste out my mouth with a carbonated beverage, or IMMEDIATELY vigorously brushing my teeth when I took a quick shot of it in the morning, just a mouthful. Oh! Did I mention the burps? I tasted it again my friends!😃😵🤮Again…the benefits…plus it also helped my bladder issues. It’s a cure all for everything👏🏾but👏🏾death👏🏾people!😄BTW, drinking ALOT of water gets rid of the burps. So near the end of the second bottle, I was doing my morning mouthful, when I gagged it right back up. It tasted worst the second time and some got on my lips, I said no, enough is enough! I came back on Amazon and saw that it also came in gel tabs, I purchased those so quickly my head spun!😳 So the thing of it is, for me, the gel tabs do not give me that extra pep in my step or that feeling of wellness, but my skin is so soft. It’s not dry, damaged and looking like crepe paper. It’s glowing, coco brown and healthy looking. I’ll take whatever benefits it provides, as long as I don’t have to deal with that taste. *shudder*I also recommended Black Seed Oil to my husband, as he suffers from Fibromyalgia. He doesn’t take the recommend dosage as he doesn’t like consuming too many pills, but he does say that it helps with the pain he suffers in the morning.Seriously, I do love this product and I would encourage everyone to take it. It really does work for me and I’ll let you know if it did anything for my HBP and good cholesterol after my next Dr.’s visit.👋

Immediately after taking a teaspoon daily, I began to see the effects! I was having horrible digestive problems and think I had a leaky gut with a sharp pain in one small part of my lower intestines, about the size of a pea. Along with crazy bloating and gas through all parts including colon and liver. I was extremely low on energy and didnt sleep well either. Now after my first bottle, the pain is gone, bloating, gas and things flow pretty normal…YEAH! He kinda grunted and said holistic??Then I purchased a bottle of this Black Seed Oil because the capsules were actually causing me more pain in my gut and not alot of improvement. Good grief I had to take 2-3 a day of these great big capsules so I decided to look further. Started watching YouTube videos and reading reviews here on Amazon. Had my little checklist of must haves….organic, certified and mostly good reviews. Decided on this one to try and so happy I did!! It is the real deal!I’m on my second bottle (both bottles never leaked in shipping and sealed and first one having an extra seal to make sure it would not leak). Yep the taste isn’t great but after a couple of times I totally got used to it. Plug your nose between two fingers….whatever because its worth it!! Get tough and out of your comfort zone if you are saying eewww I can’t do this! Again its only momentarily and doesn’t last long! Much better than taking huge big capsules everyday. My son got super sick (not Covid thankfully) and I insisted he take a teaspoon of it and he was back to work the next morning at 7 a.m. after being miserable and in bed for 3 days. He lives with me and I never caught whatever he had.So many things have changed for me since taking! My hair isn’t as dry, my skin feels softer (I only take internally, teaspoon a day). I have better energy, my knees don’t ache as much, digestion is almost perfect (no little painful spot in stomach area or gut leak) no bloating, constipation, or gas! I am sleeping much better and bladder leak stopped and inflammation GONE! One big thing I have noticed too is minimal migraines that I have had all my life….big improvement! I haven’t lost weight but I wasn’t trying either…I’m at my feel good weight. I love this Black Seed Oil and it is part of my daily morning routine. I prefer to take with food. Some say on empty stomach but I don’t agree. As long as this company remains honest and sells the same product, I’m in! I highly recommend this product and NO I did not get any compensation for writing this review and I paid full price for it. I don’t know if there is a better product out there and honestly I don’t care as long as they keep up the quality of this….I am thrilled to keep purchasing unless they get crazy priced. $20+ including tax is reasonable when its been so beneficial! P.S. I tried sneaking it into my dog’s food and that was a disaster. She would not eat for days thinking it was in her food and I was trying to poison her…I think but she didn’t say it. If I could disguise the flavor, I would also give it to her too daily.

I like taking these capsules it is very natural it helped with my gas and general health.

My Lvn told me about this pills, I told her I was pre-diabetic and I went to get blood work done but I was not fasting this was on 04/13/2022 my Glucose was 183 H which I was considered Diabetic my Doctor said I am Diabetic and needs to put me on medication, “I told her no I was not fasting and requested another blood work done with fasting because you did not write fasting so I wasn’t sure, my Doctor send me to get blood work done with fasting so I went. This was on 05/11/2022 I got my results my Glucose was 113 H fasting which consider me pre-diabetic, so I never went back to my Doctor. My testimony is I bought the pills not too long ago I been taking them for 3 months now but I forget here and there one day I woke up and check my blood sugar level with an empty stomach my numbers came out to be 103. Well. Here I am writing a review and I will be 100% about it. These soft gels are easy to swallow. Taking two of them every day for a few months and the bulging varicose veins on my hands have – please hear me — have vanished. Gone. Not only do my hands looks 20 years younger, (I’m 48) – i am a massage therapist and use them all the time! Something has “righted” itself in my body and the results are seen on my hands and feet! All of the blue veins I use to see in my arms and feet are not as prominent. I have very fair skin so i notices this right away. We originally were looking for Black Seed Oil to treat minor infections in our dog’s ears. However, after reading the reviews, we decided to try it ourselves. I have to admit I was extremely skeptical it might actually help with joint and back pain, having tried so many other products that claimed they could but did not. I WAS AMAZED. Within days the pain that radiated from my back to my hip keeping me from sleeping (probably sciatica) was gone! I no longer have to take ibuprofen or acetaminophen to rest well. My husband has “bad knees” and has tried numerous products with little relief. Again, within days his pain level has dropped from 8 to 4. Not gone entirely, but manageable. He is able to walk without having to endure pain for the rest of the day. I’m buying more to give to friends. My experience is no guarantee it will work for you- but I hope it does!

It is good for my Immune system and I will order it again. Its kinda pricey but its worth it.
