  1. I have to say, I was very eager to receive this product. After reading the many negative posts, though out shined by the positive posts, I was eager to see what this product was made of. I was very pleased at how easy it went together. The instructions were not too bad so they could not be understood. I also had a little help from a You Tube video I came across during my research of this product. I have posted the instructional videos in an earlier post, prior to me receiving the product.As for the trailer, I think over all it is a great buy for the money. Very well build, and not to hard to fold for storage. The initial assembly took me less than five minutes. It is pretty self explainatory for the most part. Remember, you are only spending less than $150.00 with shipping and tax. For the money it is a great buy. Every product has its pros and cons. If you want less cons, and much more pros, then I suggest spenting $500.00 plus on some of the top of the line trailers.I would not put my daughters in anything deemed unsafe, by any means. Right off the bat, if you are towing this trailer on a busy residential or city street, there is already a potential for an accident to occur from a motorist(even with the included orange flag). If you want to the decrease the potontial of an accident that is completely out of your control, I suggets you keep to usuing this bike trailer on a unshared bike path, or campground. Which is our intended use. Too many people out there that should not be driving. No matter how careful a bicyclist you are.As I said, the trailer assembly was easily assembled. In time, with practice, I am sure I will develop a system on breaking this down in under 3 minutes. Both rear tires held air to the maximum psi recommended. As did the stroller tire. It has a comfortable ‘bench seat’ for one or two children. And it even has a seat and floor board so your little passengers will not be siting in a ‘hammick” like seat and it will protect them from the elements of the road. It has a bug screan, with plenty of ventilation and a rain flap that folds up when not in use. The entire canopy is held taunt with industrial grade velcro. And the material of the entire trailer is double stitched and not made from flimbsy nylon. Which suprised me based on some other posts. It has a 3 way harness for either one or two passengers. I suggest you buy a harness anti-chafing covers. Which can be bought for $5.00 each where they sell childrens car seats and strollers. It also has shock absorbers on each wheel. There is even a storage area in the rear, for your necessities. It is not bad as far as the size of the storage space, in relation to the size of the entire trailer. It also has 6 reflectors, 2 on the front, two in the reat, and two on the wheels. Unlike some other trailer/stroller combination, the front wheel (which is included) is kept securely in a designated place on the rear of the trailer when not in use. The arm for conecting the trailer to the bicycle folds underneth the trailer. This way everything stays together, and you do not have to carry extra parts/pieces when riding/walking. The universal clasp fit right onto my rear quick release without any incident. And there is a spring in the arm which bends and swivels. So if you dump your bike, the trailer stays upright. When I was riding, I did not even know I was towing. I believe most of the negative posts are for the Aosom Trailer, which is offer on Amazon for $114.00 and not the Elite 11 for $134.00. I suggets spending the additional $20.00 and getting a trailker/stroller with a lot less negative issues.Now for the real test. I think I was more excited to get this trailer working than my daughter was. She is of average height for a 19 month old, and weighs about 28 pounds. With her helmet on, she had plenty of head room. Although, with the helmet on, it does push her head slightly foward, but not to the point where she was uncomfortable and wanted to get out. While we were riding she loved it. She was waving to everyone we saw. She thought she was on a Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade Float. And this is a very active child. And she did not want to get out.She even fell asleep in it 2 hours before her nap! Once we got to the store usuing a bike path and very low traffic roads, I converted it to the stroller. And what a sigh of relief not to have to remove my slepping daughter from the trailer, lock up the bike and trailer, and carry her (or let her run, with me chasing her everywhere) once we got to our destination.The brakes are nothing more than 2 bars the rub against the tires to slow down the stroller, not completely stop it. So if you plan to use this for jogging soley, I suggest you spend more money on a stroller with an adequate braking device or a true jogging stroller. It also does not have an emergency brake, which is why I gave it 4 stars. So if you are at the top of an incline, YOU MUST HOLD ON! Other than that, for the money, this trailer is great. I cannot wait for my infant to be of age to use this trailer with her older sister. I would recommend this to families who intend to use this for recreactional or light erands only. Not for daily jogging or as another means of daily transportation. If your intended use is for the latter, I suggest you make the increased investment.A few things I would like to see this company upgrade in future models is the following:!. Make some more room for the back of childs head while wearing the helemet.2. An emergency brake so you do not have to constantly hold it while in stroller mode. ( It did not tip over with my daughter and her diaper bag in the storage area).3. It has pocket built in on either side of the interior. Perhaps a drink and snack holder could be incorporated.$. Folded, it is quite heavey. When assembled, the weight is distributed. Though, it would be nice if it were a bit lighter.This is a good product. I have already listed the pros in the first part of my post. For a person that does not ride everyday, I could not see spending $500.00 plus on something I might use several times, or less, a month. If your bicyle is your primary means of transportation, than I would make the increased investment. For me and my family, this trailer/stroller is perfect for our life style. Remember, you get what you pay for.

While I found MANY trailers priced well over a couple hundred dollars, this one fell right into my budget.I was considering purchasing a used more expensive trailer but the more I researched, I found that the more expensive ones offered features (larger tires, different canopy system, different color schemes, brand name price inflation, etc.) I didn’t need or thought were silly (like a tire for the tow arm to convert the trailer into a walking/running stroller).After all the researching, review reading and expert consulting I decided to buy the InStep Sync Single Bicycle Trailer. Amazon had the cheapest price and with 2-day free shipping I didn’t hesitate to order.The assembly was very simple. There was nothing really to it really as the carriage is already assembled with the canopy already attached. There were only 3 other parts that needed to be attached: tires (which snap right in), tow arm (which slides in and safety cotter pin holds in place) and the caution flag (again 2 second pole construction and slide into frame).Bike connection might have been the most difficult task, which wasn’t so difficult for me since I’m very familiar with how my tire/axel comes apart. If you have a quick release axel shaft on your bike, the installation of the hitch will take you less than a few minutes. If you have a bolt style axel, it will be slightly more difficult as you will have to remove the bolt, place the hitch assembly on, replace the bolt and reposition your tire to it’s original location before tightening. TIP #1: If you have a bolt style axel, outline the bolt on the frame before removing it. This way you can reposition it to the same location before tightening it. TIP #2: Watch a youtube tutorial on installation will definitely help. I did that and didn’t even have to consult the manual!Before taking off on your voyage, do make sure the tires are at proper inflation before setting out. I found that the tires were significantly under pressure. And also tighten all the straps on the carriage that hold the canopy on the frame. Many were loose but a quick pull of the straps made everything fit better.The side window panels are flexible plastic and do not have an option to open for ventilation. Both the front and back have a roll-up plastic that expose a screen for air flow-thru. Velcro hold the plastic window in place if you choose to keep it down. The front entry flap and entire back panel is secured by a long velcro strip and buttons on each side. didn’t find any issue with that, however it would have been nice if the manufacture provided extra material after the velcro to overhang and provide a flap to grab to unvelcro and to also provide more of a air stopper from going through areas that weren’t as secure.Connecting the trailer was a cinch after the hitch assembly was on. TIP #3: this might sound weird but positioning your bike perpendicular to the trailer allows you to very easily insert the trailer arm into the hitch assembly on the bike and slide the secure pin through both piece without difficulty. If you don’t do it this way, you will be bending the spring while trying to insert into the trailer hitch which is very difficult. don’t worry, the moment you pull off the trailer will align correctly.Pulling the trailer wasn’t as noticeable with my 14 month old daughter as it was for my 5 year old 50lb niece! It required a lot more effort in peddling when my niece was in the trailer! You really couldn’t tell the trailer was connected if it wasn’t for the drag of a heavier passenger. you have full operation of your bikes turn, cornering, etc. as the spring between the bike and trailer create that nonexistent trailer feel.I took my 5 year old niece for a ride and got some feedback on trailer from her perspective. She said when the windows are down (no flow-thru) the cabin stays nice and warm. We went for a right in 50 degree weather so the cabin staying comfortable was preferred as I didn’t want her getting cold. She also noted that she could feel the slightest bumps. You might be able to deflate the tires slightly to hep with that, although with no shock system, the passenger will always feel the imperfections of the ground. Riding on smooth payment would eliminate this concern. Over all, she enjoyed the ride so much that she fell asleep!Overall, very please with the purchase and would recommend to anyone wanting to take your little one for an excursion!

She said when the windows are down (no flow-thru) the cabin stays nice and warm. We went for a right in 50 degree weather so the cabin staying comfortable was preferred as I didn’t want her getting cold. She also noted that she could feel the slightest bumps. You might be able to deflate the tires slightly to hep with that, although with no shock system, the passenger will always feel the imperfections of the ground. Riding on smooth payment would eliminate this concern. Over all, she enjoyed the ride so much that she fell asleep!Overall, very please with the purchase and would recommend to anyone wanting to take your little one for an excursion!

Seeing a good deal on it, I ordered somewhat impulsively about 5 months ago. Although I do feel that the quality is worth the price tag (four times the InStep), I still have the InStep and have no regrets in purchasing it.♦MY EXPERIENCEThe trailer is easy to pull: my husband towed it for the first time when filming and he was expecting it to be much more difficult.•ASSEMBLY & DIS-ASSEMBLY: I remember the InStep being quick and intuitive to put together. Setup/collapse should take no more than 5 minutes. The coupler is simple to install as well. I found it worth it to purchase an additional [inexpensive] coupler  Coupler Attachment – InStep & Schwinn Bike Trailers  for each bicycle that will tow the trailer, instead of switching back and forth.•WRIGLEY RIDE: Initially, Wrigley would ride in one of these strapped into the InStep’s seat  American Kennel Club Pet Booster Seat . We since upgraded to  K&H Manufacturing Mod Safety Seat Gray 15-Inch by 15-Inch by 15-Inch , which Wrigley uses in the TW and his new Burley Solstice Jogging Stroller. Wrigley’s harness is connected to the built-in child harness using a seat belt loop and webbing. When riding in the summer, Wrigley wears his Ruffwear Cooling Vest. He also brings a bowl of water and a cooling towel. We’ve taken rides up to 40 miles with the InStep.•WHAT I LEARNED THE HARD WAY: The trailer *will* tip over if too many items are loaded in the back or bumps/corners are taken too fast. Ever since a too-close encounter with a car, I make sure to unclip my cleats well in advance of each intersection so I can prepare to stop. No matter how hard that hill seems, DO NOT run the chain from the big front chain ring to the biggest rear cassette cogs, or from the small front chain ring to the smallest rear cassette cogs. This is called “cross chaining” and may cause the rear cassette and deraileur to break off your bike. [Note: this could happen when pulling any trailer or none at all]•STORAGE: When I collapse the InStep and store it under a bed, I put a pool noodle around the tow bar so it doesn’t scrape the floor. Bungee cords keep everything in place.♦CONS(IDERATIONS)•PLASTIC WHEELS: Many other reviews mention this. I really haven’t had a problem with this and don’t think it should be a deal-breaker. I did notice that it’s easy to over-inflate the tires (i.e. the tire bulges and one side of the tire wall comes out of the rim). To avoid this, I hold the top and sides of the tire in place while filling it.•DURABILITY: My major concern is that the webbing that serves to tether the trailer and bicycle is tearing where it screws onto the tow bar. After re-reading the instructions while writing this review, I realized that I may not have been wrapping the tether as recommended. Thus it’s possible that I caused excess wear and tear. Although this is a safety concern, I consider it maintenance, akin to replacing tires or brakes on a car. It would be nice if InStep sold these as replacement items. My plan is to buy a piece of webbing and either screw it down or wrap it around the D-ring by the screw. I don’t think there’s an inherent flaw on the instep, but the design and strap quality on the TW seem far superior.When unfolding the side walls, be sure not to let fabric get stuck in the “pinch points” as this will cause stress and weaken the material. The trailer has developed three holes about the size of thumbtacks in the fabric in the bottom towards the back. I think they were caused by the frame rubbing against the fabric while collapsed. I plan on ironing on patches in hopes that the holes do not increase in side.The webbing around the trailer doesn’t seem particularly weak, but if I had to guess what would wear out or fail first, that would be it, particularly where it goes around the side of the frame to support the seat. If I had to replace this webbing myself, I’d consider it more work than the tether, although still a reasonable do it yourself project.•NOT FOR CARGO: Cargo trailers have solid bottoms. Unless you can MacGyver a platform to sit on top of the frame, the sling type bottom and seat are not well suited for hauling inanimate objects. There are many cargo trailers available, some of which are in the same price range.•OTHER OBSERVATIONS: There are gaps where the fabric meets at each of the corners of the frame. Put small objects in larger containers or bags to prevent them from falling out. [Note: this isn’t unique to the InStep] The sides of the trailer are clear vinyl. Since we live in a hot climate, I’d prefer that they were mesh like the front, with weather covers that can be rolled up or down as needed.♦INSTEP vs. OTHER TRAILERS: I’ve had the TW for about five months now (as well as the two-wheel stroller conversion kit ordered separately). Although most shoppers aren’t choosing between an economy Single Trailer for Children and a high-end Dog Trailer, here are some first impressions of the differences:•+INSTEP: The InStep is significantly narrower than the TW, which makes it easier to maneuver both indoors and out (going slowly and carefully, the TW fits through our exterior door, but it is too wide to get through our interior doors without removing a wheel). I prefer the fool-proof way the InStep’s wheels click into the frame. Once, I must not have inserted the TW’s wheel axle fully into the trailer’s axle. Just as I was approaching a bike shop, the wheel came off, bending the axle. Luckily, the mechanic was able to straighten it out, or we would have been in trouble. Fortunately, my two other Burleys (Solstice & Travoy) don’t have the same design. Although the InStep doesn’t have a brake, the footbrake on the TW is less than ideal. It has scraped curbs on more than one occasion.•+TW: The TW comes a removable handlebar. Even before I ordered the stroller wheels, this made it convenient to move the trailer without dragging it by the tow bar. It’s easy to pinch fabric when opening/closing the frame of the InStep; the design of the TW prevents this from happening. The sides of the TW are mesh vs. the InStep’s vinyl. The tow bar on the TW is detchable, which is preferable for storage; the InStep’s folds under and locks into place. The TW has alloyed wheels vs. the InStep’s plastic ones. Both are 16”, but most premium child trailers come with 20” wheels.Two-Wheeling Tots is an excellent resource comparing different bicycle trailers. I check mine before each ride. The Trek Bontrager Turbo Charged HP is fantastic for adult-sized wheels. However, the chuck (part that attaches to the valve) is large, making it more difficult to use on little wheels.•BE PREPARED: These items are kept in  BV Bicycle Strap-On Saddle/Seat Bag, Medium, Black : (1) patch kit (glue kind is best); (2) spare tube (tip: coat it in cornstarch, fold it up tight, wrap it in cling wrap and a Velcro cable tie); (3) tire levers (Pedros are best); (4) multi-tool with wrenches, screwdrivers, and a chain tool; (5) master chain link; (6) spoke wrench; (7) tire boot; (8) CO2 kit (adapter head and cartridges). A compact air pump is mounted to the side of a water bottle cage.•FIX-A-FLAT (YOURSELF): Once you get the hang of it, repairing flats and changing tubes, is, well, like riding a bike. Instructional videos abound and I recommend practicing at home first. 16” tires (like on the InStep) are particularly easy to change. Whenever there’s a flat, it’s important to figure out what caused it. For example, it took several flats on my then-new road bike to realize that the spokes were poking holes in the tubes.   6. Ok im a person that only writes reviews if something is amazing or if something sucks so much i would never buy again. Well after reading tons and tons of reviews and going back and forth for a month I finally decide hey lets give it a shot I can always return it. So let me tell you. Best decision I have ever made. Basically most of the reviews said putting it together is the worst part, taking them endless hours to build it yada yada yada. So when this beast got left at my door step this morning at 9am I brought it in and then pondered for 30 mins if I should give it a try or wait for my husband to get home later tonight. Bare with me this might be a long review but it will answer all your questions. I put it together in about 45ish mins. Yes the instructions are a little off but not something you cannot understand if you can read. Not rocket science I promise. It goes step by step. I opened up everything layed it out and slowly started putting it together. The wheels came w air so I dont need to fill them up but of course I’ll have my husband double check if they have the right pressure before I take it out for a spin. They lock into place easily and come of easily if you need to fold it down to fit in your car. A lot of reviews said they didnt put the wheel protectors because it makes it wide which i agree if you are putting it in your car that might take up space. If you have a suv or truck it will still fit with them on. I have a Ford Explorer it will fit with or without it no problem once I fold it. Ok so to fold it basically all you need to do it take of the handle bar where you hold it to walk or run which takes literally a matter of seconds and then a bar that holds the back of the seat. Which again litereally take seconds. So if you have trunk space like I do you do not need to take the back or front wheels off but if you have a smaller car you will need to take back and front wheels off which again will take seconds. I tried it. So in a matter of a min or 2 at most I had it down and folded and ready to be put in my car. I got this for my 1 and 3 year old. Mind you my 3 year old is a big tall all muscle kid. We are getting ready to go for a 3 week road trip and will be stopping in a lot of diff places and walking around. I have a sit and stand double stroller but my 3 yr old could only sit not lay down if he passed out so i wanted something that he could lay in and pass out with his brother while we are out. I didnt get a regular double jogging stroller because again he is a big kids and most likely his feet will be out and in case it rains I would need to get proection which this comes with a mesh cover and plastic cover. So I’m all good to go. And you can not beat this price. I would be easily spending at least 100 if not more to get everything. Plus this is a bike stroller so if we rent bikes somewhere im covered with this. Plus this is 2 in 1 bike and regular stroller. This should be an easy choice. I put them in and walked around the house and they both absouletely loved it. Didnt want to get out. When i pushed it, it was easy didnt feel like I was breaking my back. The front wheel does move around or you can lock it in place to go just straight. Depending what or where you are. Not a problem again take seconds to do that. Ok so it does come with break I read somewhere that they didnt work. Hmmm weird I put them on they work fine. You just have to put them on all the way. I put them on half way just to check and ofcourse it didnt go anything then I wwnt back and out them on all the way and yup they work. Again you just have to twist them on. They also sent an extra light which I can put on the hndle bar I think that one was free..love it and another light which is for the bike when your riding. Let me tell you the hardest part I came across is opening the dam bike light to put batteries in. Lol I still cant open it so my husband will be helping me with that later tonight. Lol. Hope this helps guys. If you are thinking about it get. I havent taken it out yet but I didnt read any bad reviews about hpw it runs. So I’m sure it will be just fine. I will update if I see anything wrong with the way it functions in a few days. But if you all dobt hear back from me. Then know all is good in this household. Oh and I ordered it Thursday night it said it would be here Tues but it came sat morning. So less then 2 days techinally lol. Yass. I will also post pics.so make sure to look. My husband had no problem with the kid, but I am a poor counterbalance and we fell more often than I would like to admit because the weight was unnaturally high and too heavy for me – enter trailer shopping – not just for weights and balances, but for my child’s safety.I was won over by reviewers assuring that if the trailer remains stable if the lead bike falls, plus I liked the apparent ease of child insertion and removal, and I just felt like I could trust Schwinn. So I similarly hope that this review helps other petite riders who aren’t loving their Thule Yepp.ASSEMBLY – The trailer was easily assembled in about 20 minutes. Only one part didn’t jive with my bike – we needed to replace the hub nut because the one that arrived with the trailer had an unexpected flange. My nearest local hardware store had what I needed for $0.40. After an empty-trailer test voyage, I loaded up the kid (a tall toddler) and we took our first ride – it was a success!STORAGE – The storage space in the back is a huge plus. I’ve shared a photo with a standard gallon jug for size reference. Be advised that the only firm section in the trailer is the child seat, so the sample jug was in an unsupported hammock; heavy items will center themselves and may eventually stretch out the fabric. This is perfect for lightweight hauling like picnic supplies, emergency diapers, and light jackets.REAR REFLECTOR – The single-kid Trailblazer does come with a tiny reflector on the bottom left, so I looped a reflective belt to the frame for extra visibility. We don’t often ride at night, but those short winter days are still great for riding. This belt does not affect access to the back, or any other canopy function.SPEED – Be advised that the trailer is recommended to NOT exceed 10mph…so we’ll learn to cruise at slower speeds.TL;DRBuy the trailer.   8. I spent hours researching a budget friendly, but also sturdy double stroller, and one that also didn’t look bad! The fact that it works as a bike trailer is an added bonus and we have used it as both already! It’s roomy enough for my 2 and 3 year old to sit in comfortably! The pockets on the inside next to their seats provided a great place for them to store their drinks and sun glasses! When it arrived part of the handlebar was damaged, and within a week a new handlebar piece had been delivered to correct the problem for us! We love that it’s large enough to fit our toddlers and also seems sturdy and solid, it also has a sleek look! Would definitely buy again and recommend to others! I had seen in others’ reviews that it doesn’t fit through a regular door, which is true. The wheels do pop off easily, though, and we have gone inside buildings with regular width doors, with our kids inside the stroller simply by popping one wheel off and balancing it in the door. Worth the extra size for us to do that occasionally! (Probably would be more difficult if you didn’t have an extra adult with you!) but by no means a deal breaker for me! 🙂

  9. So I actually got this for my Dogs and I! I require walking assistance and my dogs are small, we often take trips to the Coast, travel to different national parks and hike trails, the height on this cart keeps me and my dogs safe and comfortable well i walk, its super light weight and turns easy on pavement, have tested it out on some dirt with about 20 lbs in it! The only complaint or issue we have is that it is velcro and snaps, with a double sided zippers it would have been better; it could better keep water, dirt or mud from getting in well using! Compared to other strollers i have used over the years for kids and dogs, i also find the support on the bottom lacking, i may plan to put additional support, over all minus the few flaws it gets the job done and honestly is a really good stroller / trailer and i am happy with the purchase

  10. My girls are 4 and 1 1/2 and they love it plenty of space and easy to build and install onto bike ! The tires are solid and roll over everything ! We’ve ridden on the la river on the streets of Glendale with ease ! Back has an awesome storage space where we store snacks and a quick 1st aid kit! We’ve been on a handful of rides and ride for about 1 -1/2 hrs ! Definitely planning longer rides especially with the storage space to consider snacks and extra clothes !

  11. I really like this product; however, it is crazy heavy as a stroller. I did a 5k with this in stroller mode and although it is super spacious, handles well, and was comfortable for my little ones, it’s incredibly heavy. I struggled so hard trying to get it uphill. Considering that other stroller/trailers are at least 10lbs lighter, I will sucking it up and paying the $55 shipping fee to return this.It’s also quite large. This is great for keeping the kids comfortable when in use, but it stinks for storage.Oh, and last but not least, the assembly directions were terrible. The photos are too small and the instructions are vague. I had to use common sense to assemble it without the instructions. We also had part of the plastic window puncture from one use because that part is not very thick.Great value for the cost, but ultimately, it did not work for us.

  12. We shopped around for a while before finally deciding on the Burley Bee. We are not a family of cyclists by any means. However we were taking a week trip to Acadia in ME and knew we would need a backup for our 2 and 5 year old little riders. We knew they would get tired and need a break from riding their bikes. The Burley Bee is very easy to attach to our bike and stores away beautifully. You will need to check and make sure the pieces are compatible with your bike. It attaches to one but not both of our bikes…so luckily for me, my hubs had to do all the work! 😉 It’s a bit of a tight squeeze for both kids to sit inside. but they are pretty comfortable. No complaints when we hit a few bumps along the way. We were even able to strap my youngest’s glider bike to the top when she wore out. It’s definitely a bit of a struggle to tow this thing around on anything other than a flat road. But like I said, we do not bike that often. I wish we used it more often than we do as it was not cheap. If you ride a lot, it’s a great option!

  14. I don’t know why some people complain about the running handle bar attachment. Simple, detach it, and store it, takes all of 30 seconds…onto the review! Loved this color because it matched my bike. My two daughters, both 35lbs each roughly, enjoyed their time and it felt sturdy with them both being in it along with extra snacks, equipment, etc. plenty of space for both of them, their entertainment and plenty of “window” space to view everything around them 360 degrees! Wasn’t heavy at all while I’m out biking and rides smooth with all maneuvers and turns i did. Folds and unfolds very easily for quick storage into the car. To me, it was worth the purchase!

  17. Holding up well. Used for 30lb Westie. Tie short leash to top rail as she would jump out otherwise when she see’s a squirrel. Depending on the dogs attitude I would always keep the dog on a leash while in the carrier and keep it just long enough so she can sit but not jump out either side if she wants to chase something. The wind/rain screen just velcro’s on the sides and would not keep a pet inside.She cries every time the wife rides without her.You also need to put blankets/padding on the bottom as it is not even and the frame and rails would be uncomfortable.We have it connected to a Terratrike recumbent bike.It hooks and unhooks easily once the connector is attached to the bike.

  18. This is a sturdy trailer that was easy to assemble. The single seat design fit my needs for one child and makes it a lot more compact than the double seat designs when it comes to riding on sidewalks/paths.One drawback to the trailer is that it can tip over. When making a turn the trailer clipped the curb and caused it to tilt to the side and fall over (my fault for the accident). My child inside wasn’t seriously injured but it was still a scary experience so I recommend for your kids to wear a helmet.Another thing when they do wear the helmet, due to the trailer/helmet design the helmet gets pushed forward at times. My child has to hold her helmet up with her hands or just let it cover her face. Still a functional trailer for the money, but maybe the more expensive trailers might not have the issues that I experienced with this one.

  22. Really like the construction of this trailer. Very sturdy. Easy to hook up to your bike. Just have to take off one nut to attach the “hitch” piece to your bike and from there you just have to slide the trailer on it and add the pin and safety strap anytime you take it out.Takes a few minutes to fold up/put together but doesn’t bother me that much. Not sure how others may be and how it compares.My kiddo seems to enjoy it. Actually got so relaxed the first time he took a nap.Definitely recommend this trailer. Good price for what it is.

  24. The bike trailer was easy to put together and I was very Impressed with the style, sturdiness and movement when pulling with the bike. My 11 yr old was able to ride her bike and pull it as well with 2 children inside with ease. The Jogging wheel portion of the trailer was nice as well, easy to put on and take off.

  26. This has been a great purchase to take our little one on bike rides where she would not be able to ride herself. The assembly was pretty easy. The pull pins are awesome to fold it up & remove the wheels for travel. It has good leg room, double harnesses for two, & a convenient roll up screen & rain guard to protect from weather.The two cons: 1)The seat is not comfortable. As she got bigger she was slouched down & leaning to one side. It is basically a piece of fabric stretched across with stability or support. I ran a board across ours & added a cushion. 2) Which is not that major is the visibility flag attachment. It barely holds the flag. You would be better leaving it off.All in all it has been a great asset to our family bike rides.

  29. I bought the item not really knowing what to expect but I have to say it’s very roomy, safe. You can sit two kids in it or just one in the middle.
