Top 10 best Dual Fuel Ranges 2022 Price and Feature Comparison

I was super nervous about purchasing such a high ticket item without many positive reviews but we took a chance and I am so glad we did. The looks are definitely top in my opinion, it looks as good or better than most high end ranges I have seen. We have only had this installed for a week, but the installation itself was not very complicated. So far I have tried out all the burners and the oven and it is super easy to use and works great. The smooth sliding oven racks are so nice. Make sure you adjust the burner settings as per the instructions, it allows for a very low simmer to a full boil. I definitely think this is a great value for the price.

I couldn’t wait to use my new Cosmo Duel Fuel Range until the remodel was finished so I set it up temporarily until the work starts. The oven doesn’t heat up the kitchen like most others do. I bake bread at 450 degrees, which can heat a kitchen up very quickly when you think about the time it takes for an oven to get to 450 and then the addition of about 25 minutes more to heat the oven stone, then another 30 minutes to bake the bread. Well this oven has a very heavy door so that little heat escapes, plus it has an internal fan that somehow cools the inside of it as soon as the oven is turned off. For your safety, know that when you open any oven door you are going to get a blast of hot air that is whatever temperature the oven is set at. So make sure to turn your head away when you open the door. And know that your Cosmo’s oven fan will cool it down very quickly after it is turned off. A great feature!

While this oven and range look great, we have been so disappointed with it. The range top has a wide range of sizes and power burners, but the openings are too large for our tea pot, which easily falls off balance. Also, if a recipe requires simmering, the “low” setting never gets low enough so the bottom of our pans are constantly being scorched and the food burns. We are even less happy with the oven. It takes FOREVER to pre-heat (about 30-45 minutes) and the oven cooks very unevenly. It is absolutely necessary to turn the pan a couple of times during baking or the back will burn. There have also been several occasions when cooking a frozen meal (eg orange chicken), the outside burns and the inside remains frozen. I really hate this oven and wish we had splurged for an LG or Viking.

This is a semi professional stove. So semi professional or just good cooks, this is for you! People complaining about the uneven baking are just flat out wrong. If you do your research and maybe read a little bit you can figure out exactly what you’re doing wrong.First to pre heat, turn the oven knob to “high bake” and your desired temp. This turns on both heating elements and warms the oven very quickly. The blue light will come on when the oven reaches proper temp. Once the blue light goes off, again turn the oven knob to either conv bake ( convection bake), low bake, high broil, or low broil. People are idiots and leave the upper heating coil on during the high back setting and burning their food. Duhh!!!As for the gas burners….there are 6 different options and sizes for your needs. No complaints about those!! One can go from screaming hot from the biggest burner to a very very low simmer.Overall, I’m supper happy that I invested in this stove for my family. I can’t be any happier with it.

This is not anyones dream stove. The only reason I purchased this was because I needed a 36” stove quick. I dont like the digital functions they could be way better than they are. The “cook time” and “end time” are the most pointless functions to me. Time is only displayed as military time which is annoying. The knobs get freakishly hot when you use the oven which is annoying and one of my grates came with rust on it. Currently waiting on a reply for a replacement .

Love the look of this dual range oven. Had a small issue with it and Z-line took care of it right away. Talked with Erika and she was on top of everything…excellent employee.

We bought this 40 inch Z-Line range 2 years ago and it’s truly a hidden gem. We absolutely love it. I’ve been around the other models for years and of course they’re nice but not worth the money.The range itself is great and setting the output is easy. (Make sure you keep the little screw driver somewhere safe.) The main oven is nice and big. The little oven is very handy but ours is off by 10 degrees to the cool side. The sliding shelves are a nice addition. They slide on bearings and don’t take much to get moving.My advice to you is to make sure your Gas Meter can handle this and your other gas appliances.
