Top 10 best egg pans 2022 Price and Feature Comparison

It’s a clever design but awfully small. It’s difficult to flip an egg since you can barely get under the egg with a spoon or spatula. It’s too small to fit an English muffin or even a sausage patty unless it’s one of those really small sized patties. Kind of rendering this useless for making a breakfast sandwich, which is the reason I bought it. Cleaning is easy enough if you soak it first. The coating is not as slick as I thought it would be. Without using butter or oil the eggs will stick even at a lower heat. I’ll keep it for making really small buckwheat pancakes and maybe fried eggs but other than that it’s not that useful. After reading one of the reviews on Amazon, I may do what that guy did and take the handle off and use it in my air fryer. I’d pass on this and order something with a better design.

I cook from pancakes to frittatas, omelets, eggs, burgers…love how i can make mini individual portions of everything, and it is cleaned easily with just wiping out with a paper cloth. I cook on gas, and so far it is doing perfectly well with direct heat from the flame.

I can’t find a proper lid anywhere. I’m so mad. Everyday I venture out to different stores . Target, macys, meijer, walmart , you name it ! …. but, no luck thus far. I take the frying pan with me. ….cause he doesn’t like being left alone at home on the shelf with the others. That’s because the other frying pans taunt and tease him cause he has no lid. It’s very sad. I saw him crying once. I picked him up and rocked him back & forth until he fell asleep in my arms. 😢 the poor darling. He’s so needy now… It breaks my heart. I wanted him to be part of our close knit frying pan family. He has so much potential. I dream one day he will get there ! (happy & confident like my other pans) ….But he’s not there yet. How can he be ?!!! he’s not complete! So now he comes to bed with me and my husband every night until we find him a lid that fits. 🥺 🙏 Update: We found her a lid!!!!! Yipee!!! And it was found right here on Amazon! Who knew?!! (that lil bugger was hiding on me before)!!😅 We are all so happy… he now lives in the cupboard with all the rest of the pans. His confidence has sky rocketed 🚀 and now he is the BEST pan in the bunch!!!!! ( pan & I are doin’ the happy dance )💃🍳😄 ♥️

Light weight construction.

One of the best things about Greenpan is that they focus on healthy non-stick ceramic cookware free of PFAS and harmful coatings. The pan is well made, high quality, and the optimal size to make a perfectly round fried egg for an egg sandwich. The pan is non-stick but I usually put a little olive oil in the pan before adding eggs as eggs tend to stick to almost every pan. I would not recommend using sprays on the pan as they can be damaging to the coating and to avoid using metal utensils as that can scratch the surface. I love Greenpan products and I even have an entire 10 piece cookware set that I use everyday. My only piece of criticism is that the handle is wrapped in a rubber tubing that can still get a little hot when you put the mini pan on a larger burner. Other than that, I highly recommend this pan! I do not dishwash any of my Greenpan products as I err on the side of more gentle handwashing, but it says it is dishwasher safe and based on the high quality thatthese pans are, I do not doubt the pans are perfectly fine in the dishwasher.

This is the second granite pan I have ordered. I got the smallest one first and used it for a year before purchasing the next size up – just to be sure it would hold up well. It did, and I really like these pans. They clean easily, distribute heat evenly, food doesn’t stick, the smooth wooden handle doesn’t get hot, and they do not contain the harmful chemicals of teflon and or many other non-stick surfaces. Yes, they do not come in a box, but the quality of the pan is not diminished because of it. I plan to buy more sizes to replace my current pans.

I use it to make cakes and English muffin sandwiches. It’s the right size and very convenient.

Pan was delivered with handle falling off, but easy to tighten with one Phillips screw… the non stick is great, with the exception of the fastener part that screws to the handle. Everything sticks to that small piece and eventually burns and gets crusty, Thats really the only part that is difficult to clean. Heats evenly and quickly. I’ve enjoyed using it for exactly what I bought it for, frying a single “Just Egg” for breakfast sandwiches. It’s super worth it for the price, but wish it came with a mini flexible spatula that fit the pan. I’d pay extra for that.

Just replaced the original pan that I got 7 years ago. These are THE perfect size for English Muffin breakfast sandwiches that I make 5-6 days a week. They clean up easily in the dish washer & I would recommend these to anyone who loves a great English Muffin breakfast sandwich.
