We had an issue when ordering the wheelbarrow. I thought it had 2 wheels (better for stability and maneuverability). We came to a mutual resolution to the problem. Westlake was easy to work with and very flexible. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.
This is a great cart except for the wheel rims susceptibility to rusting. I would think for this kind of price the rims and spokes would be stainless steel? They need to be!! And this is the reason I only gave 3 out of 5 star rating

I love that I can walk backwards and it doesn’t wack my heels like some brands. I fill it to the top with dirt from our feild and wheel it to our landscaping. Its balanced and tough. Whoever said it was easy to assemble had to be a young man or working with someone else. I am a 75 year old widow and it took me longer than an hour to assemble. The crescent wrench didn’t work either. I used a pliers. No need to gloves or safety glasses either.
I LOVE this product.Pro’sEASY to handle. The weight is right over the axles so you can pile the dirt high and it is still easy to move!Con’s1) Dirt is a little hard to dump versus a standard Wheelbarrow.2) Assembly was TERRIBLE! The bolts in the pan do not line up! The trick is to assemble the frame without the bolts in place. Get the bolts into the pan first BUT DO NOT TIGHTEN THEM. Get all the rest of the bolts in their holes before you tighten ANY bolts. You will still have to flex some stuff around to get the holes lined up but it will do it with a little muscle.”Never tighten anything until everything is started” is always a very good general rule of thumb– It will make every assembly project easier. However, it is required for this project. :)This was so hard to assemble I was going to leave a trash review but it has been hands down the best dirt-moving tool I have ever owned.
We have a stable of 50 horses this cart is so sturdy and the wheels last so excellent never needing air like other carts , hauling manure , hay and bags of oats around .
Plastic bed but seems sturdy and appropriately rated for load and use.1) Directions lousy, hard to believe anyone edited them. The diagram shows the plastic buffers between legs and bed upside down. You’d eventually figure this out for youself, but why not include accurate directions?2) Four additional washers are needed for where screw heads reside inside bed — the site most likely to fail. Suggest you spend 60¢ at a hardware store and add them yourself.3) Fasteners are as cheap as can be found — using slot-heat screws makes tightening things up unnecessarily difficult.. And extra dollar spent by the manufacturer on better fasteners would make assembly a lot easier and elimate the chance that anything might come loose once in use.Bottom line: Once assembled, this item is a useful and durable wheelbarrow, assuming light duty by homeowners.
I’m 74 Years Old but still love to do my own yardwork. We have several very tall palms in the yard that shed lots of branches. I was using a conventional wheelbarrow which was very challenging. My wrists suffer from arthritis and the single wheel kept falling from one side to another. No such problem with this cart. Two tires eliminated the listing problem. The tires are in the correct location to balance the load. This little cart made this senior’s life a whole lot easier.
