Bottom line – this is a handheld car vacuum, not a miracle maker. It will NOT have as much suction as an upright or canister. That is just simple engineering and physics. If you want something for heavy detailing then absolutely NO hand held is probably going to live up to your expectations. This is for LIGHT jobs or a quick once over. It will pick up about 80% of stuff on a few passes. The other 20% either requires switching over to the brush and really working at it or using a different vacuum. That is the performance level to expect and the highest you will find with any hand held.The DC plug is convenient if you don’t mind running your car while you are doing the cleaning. Cord is plenty long to get to all areas of the car and the attachments are decent enough to get into all the little areas of crevices. I can do a sedan in about 15 minutes with a decent level of cleanliness. Again, don’t expect it to be perfect, but you will go from messy to presentable in that amount of time. If you want to a deeper clean you will need to haul out your household vacuum or take it to the car wash to use a commercial grade one.I personally prefer the DC cord rather than a battery powered unit, which usually comes with less sunction or a surprisingly low amount of “on” time, or a clunky upright that is hard to get into parts of your car and generally needs an extension cord. I could see given someone’s individual set up though (especially if you don’t have the ability to actually turn on the car because you are providing a third party service) that this might not be preferred. If that is you, I recommend you do NOT purchase this product. You will just be disappointed.If you need something for a quick once over, for light to medium use, and a presentable level of detailing, with some ease of use (again as long as you can turn on the car) then this vacuum is for you. If you want a high level of detailing then pass on this because it simply won’t do what you want it to do. In fact, no hand held is going to fulfill you expectations, so just reconcile yourself to the fact that you will need to haul out your regular household vacuum or get one dedicated to car servicing.Haven’t used the air pump, but in a pinch I’m sure it will work adequately for that purpose. I purchased to use as the vacuum and it does that well enough.

Really works well, and great customer service. I didn’t understand how the filter worked/came apart and they explained how to clean it. Not sure if the information wasn’t easy to find or I didn’t look hard enough. Still unsure when I need new filters.

I like this little vacuum, its perfect for cleaning on the go. I hate having to lug out my vacuum cleaner or go to the car wash to use those huge awkward hoses that don’t fit in small places, but this vacuum comes with just the right attachments. I especially like that it can plug right into your car, no need for long extension cords! It comes with an extra filter and a little cleaning brush to get the dirt out when it gets too full. Yes the filter is small and needs to be changed often, but im always surprised by all of the dirt it sucked up! I recently had a glitter explosion in my car lol and although it didn’t get every speck (I mean c’mon it’s glitter) it definitely got the job done and I was very happy I could quickly clean up tha majority of it without having to break out the house vacuum. The hose attachment works ok for getting on the sides of the seat, but I really wish it had a long plastic attachment specifically for that, otherwise its great. The cord is long enough for my 3rd row seating mazda cx9. Overall I am pretty happy with my purchase!

I really like this vacuum because it makes keeping my car clean much easier. I have a Chevrolet Suburban and I don’t have to crank my car to use this, not sure if all cars are this way. It is super quiet for a vacuum with good suction. The cord is long enough to clean my whole car. I have a 2 year old and a 7 year old and It is easy to clean their car seats with the attachments this vacuum comes with.The one thing that aggravated me is that I did have to keep pushing the adapter back into the outlet. Not a huge deal but I thought I’d mention it.I liked it enough to buy as a Christmas gift. I was very sad to see that it has went up $10. Now I am second guessing if it is worth that price.

Not much more you could ask for in terms of customer service/support.REVIEW: After a few weeks of this product, I find it a chore to use. It does not come with a stand to fit your vacuum or any of the tiny components, and thus I leave it in a box in the garage at most times. When I do use it, it is a bit of a deterrence, since I need to take it apart every time , and clean it thoroughly with compressed air and water.. … and then wait for it to dry before I can use it once more.Now, after my 3rd-4th time using it, the suction is greatly reduced and it’s just not as powerful as the first time. Besides loose leaves, this vacuum is not too great in terms of suctioning power, leaving behind lots of stubborn dust / dirt particles, notably on carpets/rugs. The run time is also a short, maybe 15 minutes at most, with then about 30-60 min to charge.I guess you get what you pay for on this one…. It is pretty cheap so not much lost

This handheld vacuum is exactly what I needed—lightweight but powerful, and with an on/off switch instead of a button (so you don’t have to hold it down while you’re using it). It’s simple, well-made, has powerful suction (when fully charged + clean filter), and seems durable. It holds its charge for a decent amount of time, and also charges fairly quickly. I try to charge it after each use so it’s ready to go. My only complaint is that it’s a pain to clean the filters all of the time, and they’re kind of hard to fit into place to create a seal. The rubber gasket around the two filters that came with the vacuum seemed to slightly degrade over time/use/washing, so it was really hard to fit them in without causing a leak in the seal where dirt would escape. I contacted the company’s customer service about it, and they were fast, efficient, and extremely helpful. They sent me a new filter (another on the way), but also said what I was seeing is normal. All in all, it’s an excellent little vacuum. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a lightweight handheld vacuum with an on/off switch instead of a button you have to hold the whole time. It also has a light which works really well.

I ordered this vacuum to clean narrow spaces in my car; those places that are unreachable with my shop or gas station vacs. It does the job at a bargain price. I would add a carrying case for more accessible transportation and storage. Kudos.

I cannot recommend this vacuum enough. I bought this product when my dog started her shedding season. I wanted a substitution to a broom that is compact and can help make my life a bit easier. I had tried the bissel all in one vacuum, but had abandoned it after a couple of uses– that required too much maintenance effort for me. Anyways, I stumbled upon this black decker vacuum during my search. I was on the fence about purchasing it given the mixed reviews. I figured it was an affordable risk, so why not try it out. And I’m glad that I bought it!Pros:- relative light and compact device, and easy-to-use charging station included;- battery powered, i.e. cordless! So convenient when you’re on the go or being lazy;- great suction power. It’s not amazing, but it can suction fur and debris from the floor. It doesn’t do great at pulling the fur that’s trapped under furniture. It wouldn’t be able to erase the micro evidence from a crime scene, but it can keep your room superficially debris-free!- easy maintenance. It’s easy to disassemble the device to empty the trash without the mess or hassle. And the filter is affordable and replaceable. I’ve only had to change the filter once since I bought the device.Overall, I’ve had this vacuum for about 9 months now, and have used it at least 1x/week. I can quickly pick it up to do a 5 min vacuum. It keeps room clean from fur and doggy treat crumbs. After many, many uses, It still works great. I highly recommend!

Very handy, but I wish the extension was long. I still can’t reach between the console and the seat.

I have 4 similar cleaners but so far this is the best one to vacuum my kitchen and living room on tile and wood flooring!Easy to use and it sucked well too.Highly recommended.

We have a 2021 suburban and this reaches every corner to corner. I wish it had a standard plug option as well instead of the cigarette lighter so we could plug it in the back of the suv instead of having to run the cord from the front. The upholstery brush works ok, but I wish it had better suction so you don’t have to go over it multiple times. All in all great for quick cleans ups. I would probably research another brand if you need something for pets.

Nothing to not like live the ease of use and maneuverability

This product has the best customer support I have ever seen. Lily really wants to educate you about the vac and shows a keen interest in customer satisfaction. It is a good hand vac with very helpful special nozzles. Maintenance is a bit more work than most products because the filter requires regular thorough wet cleaning; the reward is better suction. However, the suction is never as good as a plug-in vac, but this is the exchange for not plugging in. I use it primarily for carpeted stairs and for the inside of the car.

First one I bought, the flap closed way too quickly (flap keeps debris in the vacuum). Customer service was AMAZING! Sent a replacement ASAP! The only thing is- I would definitely recommend not shutting it off while the nozzle part is still facing down (some small debris can fall back out). Accessories are AWESOME as well. My husband eats like a child and there were crumbs down the side of the couch- used the flat attachment and it got up EVERY SINGLE CRUMB! I’m talking full chips to cheetos crumbs!
