I’ve ordered 3 set now and given a set to my daughter as she loves rose gold! The only bad thing is that they, like all my bag clips, tend to disappear! But they’re inexpensive enough that I can easily replace them.
So, I’ve bought several brands of clips but these are what I’ve been looking for. The plastic of other brands always breaks off after a few weeks of use and if you put them in the freezer…even worse–the cheap springs break soon after.You know the experience. Spring breaks and shoots off in the kitchen, making your cat or dog run for cover (and maybe you too).NOT so with these metal clips.These have a firm grip on your typical bags of unhealthy goodness that you probably shouldn’t eat but I’m still relieved to know they will keep everything fresh inside.Yes, they work great for healthy stuff, too! Virtually anything in a bag can be kept fresh way longer with these clips than your other types of clips. The best part? They only cost a few dollars more than the cheapies.Treat yourself and get the clips that will last longer than your bag of chips! 🙂
I use these clips for everything…I hang tapestries from them when camping, use them all over my home! Its a lot of clips, but worth the price if you’ve ever shopped around for them.
Works as intended…lol. It’s a large clip. I bought a two pack and they do exactly what I bought them for…holds my 18 and 35lb. bags of dog food closed. Seems pretty sturdy, and if one fails, I’ll buy another because they are pretty useful.
They are very well made and the rounded edges reduce the likelihood of cutting yourself as well as making them structurally more sound. Very handy to have these around for a variety of kitchen storage needs.
I absolutely love these clips, the only problem I had with them is a couple of them I had to glue the magnets back in place. As long as you don’t mind gluing stuff back in place they are wonderful! I have already bought the second set of them and will do so again if I need more the mindset I will have to glue some.
Nice matte black finish, strong clamping power, seems well built, all the edges are smoothed over so you won’t accidentally cut yourself.
They are pretty good chip clips, but can be a little slippery on the package. I’ve had some of these that are better at keeping bags of chips closed.
Bought these too tightly clip the top of a bag of coffee grounds. The open top of the bag is folded over once after opening. As the coffee bag becomes less full, I’ll fold the top of the bag over several times. These don’t provide the tight grip needed to seal off the top of the bag. They might work with a bag of potato chip or something similar. I’ll keep them for that purpose.
See some people controlling the market dontlike artists or people being capable of doing it right. So that only these metal binder clips that leave indents on the paper from thee clip to make it look bad an unprofessional and the only way we can get silicone or other softer clips that leave no indents is by sayings its “saftey” and for chip bags… why is a silicone binderclip so illegal?
