1. Budget
First of all, you will need to set a budget. To find the best infant car seat stroller combo, you need to think about how much money you can reasonably spend on the purchase. Let me clearly state that this has been the best and most satisfying purchase I’ve ever made in Amazon (and probably everywhere else). It arrived just the day the baby was born, and so we were able to come out of the hospital with the baby in it the next day. It was amazing having learned how to use it right away. We had a 15 minute walk from the hospital to our home and we chose to go that way instead of using a car. Since then we have been using the Doona every day and our baby has always felt comfy and happy when we seat him in it. It’s very maneuverable and it has served its purpose for every use we have thought of for it. So here’s a short summary of use cases we’ve successfully checked:- Taking the baby to the restaurant for lunch and dinner: we have used it in car seat mode and kept him just by our side in long benches in restaurants or as a stroller (with the brakes on) and replacing a seat at the table with it. It’s compact enough to avoid people getting in close proximity to its wheels, unlike most strollers.- Taking the baby on a ferry: Yes! It worked wonderfully in car seat mode for this. And the baby really likes traveling since his first day out (really thanks to the Doona… remember the baby adapts to your lifestyle instead of otherwise, if you choose to do so).- Using Uber: We’ve taken the baby on more than 50 rides and all drivers -really, all of them- were impressed at how easy it was for us to get him in and out of the car, converting from stroller to car seat and back to stroller in an easy operation. Just tell your Uber they don’t need to get off the car to open the trunk or help handling the stroller, because it’s instantly a car seat. It has made our life out of home really easy.- Taking the baby to the beach: just convert to car seat and carry it with the handle and then pop out the wheels when you hit your palm tree spot. The integrated shade helps keep the baby comfortable but we go extra cautious and always put a blanket covering the top of the Doona so no mosquitoes or too much sun and wind gets in. There’s an official sunshade but we found it easy to go the cheap way since we didn’t get the sunshade along and didn’t want to wait for shipping times.- Taking the baby to the movies: Yes! Believe it or not, babies like Avengers even if it’s a three hour long movie. We just put the Doona in car seat mode and voilà! Just check the baby for signs of wet diaper and maybe go to change it once through the movie to avoid crying. Remember to seat close to the aisles or next to the handicapped seats and you’ll enjoy your movie date once again and not having to wait for years to go back to the cinema. Actually having done this helped us emotionally since we found out we still can do things we like.- Taking the baby on a plane: Oh, yes… we had an international flight at week 5 and we felt like a “moving Kodak picture spot/opportunity” everywhere through the airport. It was so easy to get to narrow or crowded places and there are two ways of traveling with it: 1. Taking it to the gate and unloading the baby right at the plane’s door and the airline will take care of it and put it with the cargo and then deliver it back when you get out of the door so you can keep using it through customs and luggage pick up without having to hold the baby the whole time. And… 2. Getting a seat for your baby that you can take the Doona on board because it’s certified for air travel… We chose option 1 and saved some money for diapers and baby formula. And it was by far the easiest to use stroller/seat we saw (and the airline staff said that too). There were other babies on both planes we took and honestly they weren’t having as good time as we were.- Taking the car seat through TSA check… easy… it goes through the X-ray machine in car seat mode, flipped upside down. Just the right size for that.- Taking the baby to doctor’s appointments: waiting rooms sometimes get crowded and we were happy our Doona didn’t take as much space, avoiding making other people uncomfortable. During an appointment I found out another “mode” for the Doona that I’ve never seen in reviews or elsewhere: just retract the wheels to put it in car seat mode and leave it in the floor. Surprisingly, it works like a rocking chair! Really, just try it when you get yours and be amazed at that “rocking chair” mode. I’ve never seen so many “WTF” faces around before.- Getting in and out of elevators with one hand: just retract the handle and put it upright and it will take the less space possible. It’s so easy to do.- Going shopping: it’s so small and flexible you can take it to the outlets and feel like a “Kodak picture spot/opportunity” once again (actually someone mentioned that while I retracted the Doona to climb some stairs and avoiding a long ramp other parents where going through slowly (hence the photo op… a line of parents wasting time and only one avoiding the traffic jam). Now we’re in month 5 and while most of this review was written during the first two months, nothing has changed and we’re happy we went the Doona way. We removed the newborn insert just before month 3 and baby didn’t even notice the change.Short summary: we have been happy parents thanks to Doona.***********Follow up: Our baby is 2.5 years old now and we miss the Doona. We used it for 15 months and once again, we miss it but it surely made another happy family after us. If there could be something similar for toddlers, we would definitely buy it. But honestly, still think it was the best purchase ever.

I ordered this and first one came in and the frame part was bent so it wouldn’t click into place and stay locked. Immediately requested a new one and received new one in two days, shipped old one back ( how do they fit them in those boxes lol ) Absolutely love this stroller set. The colors are bright and beautiful, and easy turning.
So I would like to call out Tara D..I guess I have infant hands and not a girly girl but then again I put together a 5 tier shelf with nails on…I guess I also have the strength of a 600lbs man even though I’m pregnant… XD I’m 25 weeks pregnant and even without my other half’s help this would be a breeze to put together. I pulled out the stroller and carseat by myself. Its very light weight and very pretty (I got the pink one). I like the design on the inside as baby for a little bit can’t really see well or color. I think it would be better with a better infant head insert but it is what it is.
Really like this travel system. The colors and vibrant, the baby fits it in great, it’s easy to put her in the seat and also to put the seat into the stroller to go walking. The baby latches into the car seat easy and it’s easy to get the babies carseat out of the booster restaint. The only complaint I have is it was hard to follow the directions to put it together. This is only my complaint and maybe someone else who is really handy would have a problem at all. Other than that, well worth spending extra time to put the stroller together!!!
This set was a little expensive and made me feel guilty for putting it on my registry, though I had it set to a group fund. But man. This is the coolest car seat/stroller combo ever! The car seat is easy to install, though I’ve installed many in my day. I think even someone who has never installed a car seat could do this easily. You can either strap the base in with hooks (if you have a newer car) or with the traditional seat belt method. Then the car seat clicks into place! The car seat is easily removable and snaps into the stroller. Be sure to have the stroller seat on the lowest angle. It won’t really work otherwise.I would absolutely recommend this car seat/stroller combo. You really can’t go wrong with this one!
Baby is not here yet but my husband and i assembled it and were figuring out how it works. it feels amazing, lightweight. my only problem is i wish the instructions were a little more clear after reading the instructions we felt it was easier to just go to youtube and get help from there.
This was my first time shopping for a stroller and car seat so i didn’t really know what features to look for or avoid. Now that we’ve been using this travel system for over a year i can come back with a review.First of all, the assembly was pretty easy. I was around 32 weeks pregnant and was able to put it together pretty much by myself. The car seat/carrier. Loved everything about it. Pretty lightweight, easy to strap baby in. Worked great with the stroller base, however you need to be careful and patient when putting the carrier into the stroller base, if you rush or don’t align it, it goes in the wrong way and getting it back out is a pain. The car seat base was also easy to install (according to my husband) and we were able to find a 2nd base for the 2nd vehicle. We stopped using the carrier a little after baby turned one, mainly because it just got too heavy to carry. Now the bassinet/stroller combo. I love the different recline positions. Took me awhile to notice the strap on the back/under the basinet that allows an almost upright position. The handle on the top of the basinet makes it very easy to recline the seat if the little one falls asleep while sitting up. I do use this feature a lot. The cons: the basinet doesn’t have much cushion, which i would have liked to have for the first few months when baby was really small. I did use an extra large folded blanket to line the bottom and make it more cushy and that solved the problem. It is no longer an issue now that baby is a toddler. The stroller base is pretty lightweight and easy to unfold, even with one hand, however you need both hands to release the mechanism when closing the base. I tried folding the stroller when the basinet is in, it works but takes up a lot of space and when you unfold it, the basinet needs to be readjusted. So when storing, i prefer to take the basinet off the base.It rides pretty well on smooth surfaces and is easy to maneuver, but its a pretty bumpy ride on grass, gravel, sand or other kinds of uneven surfaces.A couple complains – the snack tray was extremely had to remove from the front handle. I though i was going to break it if i keep forcing it, but somehow my husband managed to take it off. Another thing I’m not a big fan of is the bar between the wheels- it’s position is somewhat awkward which makes me hit it with my feet when walking. So i have to be mindful of it when we walk. The storage basket is a very decent size, plenty of room for a diaper bag. I attached a basic black mesh fanny pack around the push handle to have extra storage and convenient access to small items like my phone, glasses, wallet.I ordered the Casual Grey color. In person it’s more of a combo of black and brown. Not a deal breaker but i would have gone with a different color if i knew it is going to be just black and brown.Overall, i am pretty satisfied with this travel system.
Our little girl was just born about a week ago and I cannot give enough praise to how easy it’s been to get baby girl in and out of the car and on the move using stroller mode. The Doona is made exceptionally well and also really easy to use. Plus you can tell she is extremely comfortable in her Doona which is awesome! If you are on the fence about buying this product for your new born. Take that leap, you will be thankful. Please keep in mind that you will need to invest in a bigger car seat and stroller later on, but the Doona is wonderful for that first year to year and a half

This stroller set is super light. Very easy assembly. Not the one to spend almost 1,000 on a stroller for a baby that is going to grow before you know it. Price was great to come with a car seat.
I loved the color and the functionality. The price of course as well. My baby was safe in it and I was happy I bought it. The only problem was the harness. It is not always easy to put on and off. especially when the baby pulls on the string adjusting the harness length and the straps get shorter – then it is a hassle. Still, I am glad I chose this one. Thanks Graco, as always 🙂
Love it! At first it took me a minute to fold it but now it’s easy to fold and the maneuverability is fantastic. Love the color and on top of all that I feel like my baby is safe. Best combo car seat stroller ever compared to all other strollers.

Easy to use, very durable and looks good. Its a bit difficult to fold
I came across this stroller because I was looking for a light/safe car seat, and a no bulky stroller. It is a classic stroller, comes with accessories and the storage basket is good (not huge… good). The best part for me: it is light weight and it has an essay open and close system…. I love that is simple, nothing fancy or complicated.
This travel system is the best I have used by far. The padding in the carseat is better than any carseat that I have used and the base is super easy to get the carseat in and out. The stroller moves and turns easily and I love how it’s not as bulky as other strollers are as well. The bassinet for bassinet for the stroller is roomy and so easy with a button and just to clip together to be a sitting stroller. Definitely worth the money would buy again!
The set is so nice. The black and grey look so good with everything else we have for baby boy. It looks so slick and fashionable. It was easy to put together, and it moves so nice.
I love it !! They Canopy on them match up, covering baby completely while we are at the mall or outside on a walk so baby is safe from weather and germs! Its light weight in my eyes compared to some others and it fold down pretty well so easy to store away, but folding it is difficult sometimes it seems as if the button gets jammed, but it honestly is great!

I purchased this for my grandson who will be born in a few months. I love the fact that it is an all-in-one product. This can be made into a pram where the baby can lay down flat and sleep comfortably while you’re out shopping or doing your thing. However, there is a snap underneath that converts it into a regular seat in a stroller. Moreover, the convenience of moving the car seat from the car straight into the stroller is a wonderful feature! To add to all of that, there is the capability of changing the location of each apparatus from forward-facing to rear-facing where the parent can keep a better eye on the child. I bought the vibrant red and I love it! Best of all, my daughter loves it too as red is her signature color.
The color
She loved the colors and how easy it was to be put together.
The car seat works great except for sometimes it is a littLe awkward when you buckle making it hard to snap the stroller moves really well the only problem with it is that when you latch it closed it is not a tight close making it difficult to put in vehicle

It’s beautiful and easy to operate I love this car seat stroller duo! Should come in more colors- then I would have chosen purple but besides that no complaints
At first I was hesitant to buy this because I know I am only going to use it for a year or until my baby outgrows it. Since I do a lot of errands and I cannot leave my baby at home, this car seat/stroller has been my sanity saver.LOL It is lightweight and I have used it a lot of times without the base whenever we commute. The only complaint I got is from my husband. He said it is too low for him (given he is 6’2″).

If you’re thinking about it, just get it👍
