  1. I bought this bag because I needed something to carry all of my stuff when I substitute teach but I didn’t want a typical backpack. This bag is great. It has lots of pockets to organize everything. It is also very stylish, I got the grey one, which reminds me of a men’s business suit. It has black straps and faux gold zippers. It feels well made. The large compartment has sturdy metal bars sewn into the seam along the zipper meant to hold the compartment open. They do work but there isn’t a corresponding frame at the bottom of the bag to allow it to stand upright without toppling over; you have to put something heavy enough in the bottom to do the job. The zipper extends beyond the edges of the opening and has nice sturdy tabs covering the ends. I suppose this is to accommodate opening the bag to its widest without being impeded by the zipper. Inside it has 2 padded pockets in the back. One fits my 15” HP laptop, the other my 10” iPad with its Otterbox hard shell case. On the front side, there is a large zipper pocket near the top that is almost as deep and wide as the compartment. Below that are 4 open pockets, 2 pen pockets in the middle and a pocket on either side big enough for a couple of granola bars or 2 travel size bottles of aspirin or Tylenol each. At the bottom on either side is an elastic edged pocket, deep enough to hold a bottle of water or a travel size umbrella. There is also a small zippered slit at the top with an usb cord inside; it is meant to hold a battery pack (not included) so you can plug your phone into the usb jack on the outside of the bag. The main compartment is large enough to hold several folders or a couple of 1” notebooks, along with the above mentioned items. I usually carry several folders, a library book, and a small knitting bag. The only thing I wish it had was a couple of sturdy loops to attach a D-ring for my keys and ID badge when I’m not using them. However, the multiple extra pockets make up for it. This bag comes in 3 sizes, which refer to the size laptop that can fit in the internal laptop pocket. I bought the 15.6” version of this bag, it’s the perfect size for lugging all my stuff back and forth to school. If you want a more purse size bag big enough for an iPad or small chrome book, I’d go with the 14” bag. If you have a full size 17” laptop or want a school bag with more capacity for books, I’d go with the 17” version. As far as I can tell, every size has the same # and types of pockets, only the dimensions are different. On the outside of the main bag, there are 2 carry handles with a small black strap with a snap so the handles can be secured together, traditional backpack straps, and a thick nylon strap across the back so it can be slid over the handle of a rolling suitcase for traveling. On one side is the usb charging port. Both sides have a pleated open pocket with a wide elastic strap. Both expand enough to hold a large water bottle but the elastic and pleats keep them folded flat against the bag when not in use. I added a 3” D-ring to one of the elastic straps for easy access to my keys. When on your back, the left pocket has the usb jack above it. The right pocket has a hidden slit so that you can access a travel size box of tissues without having to take them out of the pocket. On the back, above the luggage strap is a “anti-theft” pocket with an ~4 1/2” zipper and as deep as the length of my hand, fingertip to wrist. The description says it is meant to keep your valuables safe and allow you to easily charge your phone while keeping it secure. I suppose it would be more difficult for a pickpocket to access when the backpack is on your back without you realizing. However, the bright faux gold zipper isn’t exactly discreet and there is no direct access from this pocket to the usb cord or the external usb jack, which is right next to it, without leaving the zipper partly open. I’d rather put my phone in the water bottle pocket while charging, at least gravity will keep it there even if the charging cord gets snagged on something. I also think the internal zippered pocket would be the best one for valuables since it requires the most work to access. I recommend redesigning the “anti-theft” pocket with a hidden zipper and internal access to the usb jack.On the front of the bag are 3 zipper pockets. The top one is just below the handle attachments. It has a 9 1/2” opening and goes to the bottom of the bag. The zipper is covered, making this pocket fairly discreet but not completely hidden. It has no internal pockets. The 2nd zipper pocket is ~10 1/2” wide and ~8 1/2” tall with ~1 1/2” gusset to give it extra depth. It has a large gold zipper that opens from ~2 1/2” from the bottom across the top and down the other side. This pocket would be the ideal place to add a couple of sturdy loops to clip your keys, ID badge, etc to for easy access while remaining hidden and secure. Inside are 2 open pockets in the back and a large mesh elastic pocket in the front. This pocket is ideal for items that you want easy access to but might get lost in the large compartment, like a hairbrush, lipstick, face mask, reading glasses etc. The smallest pocket is on the front of the large gusseted pocket. It has an ~9” zipper hidden by a flap, the same as the upper pocket and it is as deep as the gusseted pocket. There are no internal pockets but there is padding between the lining of this pocket and that of the gusseted pocket and the lining plus the outer shell material makes it feel well padded. It is ideal for large flat items like your phone (as long as you don’t have a habit of dropping the bag on the floor) or a small notebook.Overall, I am really happy with this bag. I love all the pockets and it has plenty of space. It’s a little big for an everyday purse but perfect for work/school. I really like the color options which make it more stylish and business like than a typical school or outdoor backpack. I could see a business professional using this bag and I don’t feel like I’d be mistaken for a student from behind. I even bought a somewhat matching lunch bag that I attach to the carry handles in the morning (with a 3” D-ring) and can fold flat to store in the large compartment when not in use.Really my only 2 recommendations to make this bag absolutely perfect is a redesign of the “anti-theft” pocket to make it more secure especially when using it to charge your phone and a couple of sturdy loops to attach D-rings as noted above. Actually, moving the usb jack to the inside of the main compartment with internal access to the “anti-theft” pocket or an additional phone size pocket near it (maybe on the side above the bottom elastic pocket) would allow you to charge your phone, laptop, or iPad while they are inside their pockets and all the zippers are closed.

  2. I have been using the bag minimally for the last 4 months. I love the look of the bag and find some features very helpful; the cooler section for bottles and the different compartments in the bag help with organization. However I am incredibly disappointed in the quality of the product. The strap on the bag is already falling off (again, very minimal use). For the price I would expect something much more durable.

  3. Edit to add: I never really appreciated how comfortable this bag was until I had to replace it and chose to go with something different. Even though this bag has some issues – see below – it is easily the most comfortable crossbody pack I have ever tried (and I have tried many!)I am 5′ 7″, around 115lbs, and have narrow shoulders and chronic upper back pain. I’d never really noticed that this thing has padding in the spots that make contact with my shoulder and my back until now. Plus, something about how the weight is distributed with this bag just works well for me. So, yeah. I’ll probably end up ordering a new one after all. Maybe I can, like, add super glue to the seams around the phone pouch and replace that clip before it breaks next time.Update October 15 2023: They fixed the zipper on the phone pouch but the pouch still fell apart. The plastic clip is also still a problem. (See pics.)I have now purchased this bag 3 times, most recently in December 2022. This is something I’ve never done with any other bag or purse, but I really like this one and it’s nearly perfect for hiking with my dog and general everyday use. (I ditched my purse and started just using this bag for everything a while ago!)On the most recent bag, I was impressed that they had reinforced the zipper on the cell phone pouch. That zipper had broken on my previous two bags and other reviewers had reported the same issue. This newly reinforced zipper hasn’t broken on me yet. However, one of the fabric edges at the bottom of the phone pouch started separating at the seam only a few weeks after I got it and has only gotten worse with time. I’ve still been using the thing, lol, but at this point it’s close to being too big to keep my phone from falling out. Now, if I had applied fabric glue or fray check or even just super glue when it first started I probably could have prevented it from getting any worse and it would have looked good as new, but I just never had the time to mess with it. (Plus, I would’ve had to use a different bag for at least a day while it dried and I honestly couldn’t be bothered.)In addition, a few days ago the plastic clip that clips the strap onto the bag – the thing that makes it repositionable from one side to the other – popped apart. (The same thing happened on my previous bag as well.) I snapped it back in, but it’s happened a few more times since then with increasing frequency. Finally, a few days ago it popped apart again on a hike, dumping my bag onto a muddy trail in the middle of a rain storm, so I finally gave in an ordered a different bag. :(Previous review:I bought this in Feb. 2021 to use for daily 3-5mi hikes with my dog. It was so comfy and convenient that it ended up replacing my purse as well, becoming the only bag I’ve carried until now (July 2022).I love the convenient phone pocket on the strap, the multiple pockets inside the main compartment, the capacity, and the fact that I can switch the strap from left shoulder to right shoulder. I especially love that it has two water bottle pockets on the sides of the bag that easily fit average sized water bottles, allowing me to carry enough water for myself and for my dog in the summer. There are also multiple places to attach a carabiner clip or S-biner to in order to carry a folding water bowl and a poop bag holder for the pup. To top it all off, the strap is wide enough and comfortable enough to make carrying the bag for long distances a breeze.Unfortunately, about 6 weeks ago the cell phone pocket zipper broke. I’ve actually still been able to use the pocket by tying a broken hair elastic around the it, providing an elastic restraint to hold my Moto Stylus G5 in the pocket — as long as I don’t bend over, it stays put.But then, a few days ago, part of the strap clip popped out. It’s a kind of plastic rod that inserts into a socket and allows the strap to spin around in any direction, making it possible to switch the strap from left shoulder to right shoulder. Anyway, I was able to snap it back in, but it has popped out a few more times since then, and each time the plastic piece that holds the socket together wears down a little more. So, unfortunately, I’ll need to replace the whole bag very, VERY soon. (Like, now.)That said, other than those two issues, every other part of the bag has held up impressively well. None of the other zippers have broken and there are no tears or rips in any of the seams or fabric. Both water bottle holders are still intact, despite the mesh material. The bag still looks great as well. And I’m really not exaggerating when I say that I have beat the crap out of this thing. While I hate having to throw yet another mostly intact thing into the garbage (and from there into a landfill ☹️), for the price I paid for this bag and the amount of wear and tear it survived I think it was definitely worth the money. I’ll also probably buy another one and hope that my next one holds up as well as this one did.

  4. I purchased this originally because I needed a bag that was safe & could carry everything that I need when I go out. Due to health issues, I travel in an electric Powerchair. I need a bag that has spots for a drink, my phone, umbrella, pens/markers, my wallet, a planner, a notebook (or 3 of various sizes,) my blood kit for testing my blood sugar, a case with some medications, as well as an additional 1 for the small amount of makeup I sometimes wear, sunglasses, my cellphone, a charger, hard candy for when sugar drops too low, sometimes my Amazon Fire HD, & a black-paper sketchbook or small Mandela coloring book. As well as anything else I might need. This only changes during spring/summer &/or Fall/winter. I chose the Burgundy color because my 3 favorite colors are Crimson Red, Green and Purple. So the burgundy that is this one to me is brighter than most “wine-reds” for which burgundy would fall under. This is closer to the crimson color, that I love, in my opinion. When I received it, I immediately opened it, because I wanted to see if there was an obnoxious odor they way some reviewers claimed. It wasn’t fishy or terribly off-putting but a quick spray of my essential oil room spray I make; fixed it right up. Now when I open it, I’m smelling tangerine & Cinnamon bark. It’s VERY LARGE inside, I was sure to include as many pictures to show you the different items I might carry when I leave my apartment for doctors appointments. On those days, I take public transportation in the form of “TARPS” which is a smaller bus in length only that takes me to and from appointments. Which is the reason I need to carry medicine, a drink, an umbrella, a notebook for keeping track of important things from an appointment w/ a doctor but also something I can read, watch a show, listen to an audio book and/or create or color something fun AND ALL OF THAT needs to be with me when I leave my apartment. I could be at the location of my appointment for hours because I have to give TARPS 1.5 hrs of time ahead of my actual appointment w/ my doctor for travel (both ways.) I find that even if this purse is on my back when I’m doing very short distances with a cane, once it’s on my back, it’s a balanced weight and doesn’t hurt my shoulders. Both of which have torn rotator cuffs & normally can’t handle anything over 4lbs. But my purse on regular doctor days is definitely weighing more than that as you can tell. I usually carry my bag at my feet, sitting on the foot-plate. I love the security features, such as the bigger zipped space that can only be gotten to from the inside, where most people would have that facing their back. I feel doubly safe when I am strapping it to the back of my chair. Using a small bungee cable; it allows no one to try to steal it. Those days, I don’t carry my cell in the outside pockets though. I ordered the burgundy color which is vegan leather and has been rained on & yet still looks brand new. I’m taking a vacation in November with family & friends so I will be purchasing the same brand but the smaller size and probably will purchase one in a more neutral color (black, brown or navy.) I want to carry just enough to attend dinner without having to constantly take out ALL THE EXTRA that I leave my house with normally. The neutral color will allow it to be paired with any outfit. I like to dress up, for a nice dinner without my bag jingling or looking like a small suitcase. Everything the company mentioned when describing this purse was, in my opinion completely true. It will hold everything you might want to carry, whether that is a lot or very little. (I will add to my review once i get the smaller size.) ~Brighest Blessings )O(

  5. This backpack is big enough if you have multiple small children! I love the back pocket at the bottom of the bag. We put the baby wipes and diapers there for easy access. I love the insulated front pocket for bottles and sippy cups.

  6. I recently had the pleasure of going to Disney World for the first time. My friend who is a Disney Pro advised me on getting a backpack. I thought since it will be a long trip I would spend more than I would normally on a backpack and hopefully get something of quality. I know I got a quality backpack. It never felt uncomfortable even when overfull. It seems to be made of quality materials. Lots of deep Pockets! On one of the outside pockets, it held and never lost a 16oz Stanley mug. I can not say if it is water resistance as I never got rain on. But based on the inside of the bag, it looks water resistance. Also it is surprising how much you can cram into this backpack. There are only two cons with this back pack. One is it has a wire frame. It makes it strong. It also makes you have a conversation with guards at Disney as they look over your backpack every time you pass through a check point. Not a huge deal. Would rather have a sturdy backpack and some minor delays. The second one is I thought I was ordering a Black Backpack with bright yellow tabs like the photo. I got a Navy one with brown tabs. Don’t go by the photo. Go by the written description. Overall very pleased with my purchase. Would recommend.

  7. I bought this purse for a trip to the Orlando parks. It’s small enough to pass as a carry on for the airlines and large enough to hold everything you need. I love that your wallet can fit into the pocket in the back and there are enough compartments up front for everything. I carried two kids spring jackets, drinks, keys, cell phones, and my wallet and still had room to spare. It’s comfortable to carry and the straps adjust very easily to give you the exact fit you’re looking for. I don’t know if I’ll ever use a “regular” purse again!

  8. I ordered the 17” backpack to use for work. I was juggling a lunch box, pump bag, water bottle, coffee mug, and my baby on my way out of the house every morning. It was too much and I needed a bag that could carry everything but the baby. This bag works PERFECT for what I need. I ordered the bigger one to be on the safe side and it is so spacious. I thought the lunch box portion would take up most space but it doesn’t! It fits my lunch perfectly (several containers, snacks, and a beverage). The zipper is supported with a metal bar which adds to its durability. The inside pockets hold a lot and I appreciate the mesh pockets inside to keep my pump bottles upright and prevent spilling. I can even fit an ice pack with them. My 32oz water bottle fits in the side pocket on the outside. I may not use this for a laptop and I don’t use the USB port but this backpack is perfect for my needs and I’m sure I’ll use it for many other things in the future.

  9. I bought this so I could have a hands-free option for a trip I was going on internationally.I have had different backpack purses over the years but this one is definitely better than the others I had.I liked that it fit a lot of items (including the collapsible walking stick I brought on the trip.)It has a multiple zip pockets which I also really liked.I kept my wallet in one, passport in another, then used the one inside as well.It went off & on my shoulders easily, which is something I hated about an older backpack I had one that was hard to adjust the straps & get on & off…..this one is easily adjustible.I feel like I kind of beat up this thing on my trips and it has held up well. Recommend!

  10. So I do like this backpack but 2 big complaints1. The snaps never stay shut. They don’t easily find the magnet and always come undone2. The side pockets are TINY. I don’t have 1 waterbottle that will fit in it.

  11. I had tried 2 other diaper bags before finding this one on a sale. It is definitely worth it. There is so much storage space, a variety of different colors and great options. With motherhood, so much is out of control— but having a bag I adore makes me feel in control.

  12. I love the color and the material BUT I did not expect the zipper to be on the back side of the backpack/ purse. That definitely could have been a misread on my end. It makes it a bit uncomfortable when I try to get things out my bag. I would need to take the bag completely off and move the straps over, to open it and get things off. Don’t get me wrong I love the bag and I use it for everything, that is just the main thing I am not a fan of.. the white strap, in my opinion seems a little unnecessary and doesn’t match the esthetic of the actual purse, so I don’t use it. Side pockets are awesome for my phone and keys, a water bottle, anything that you need quick access to. The top handle, great in thickness and extremely sturdy! Love it! The straps are great, very comfortable, which is the main reason I wanted to get this bag, it’s great for properly distributing weight on your shoulders especially if you tend to carry a lot around with you.

  13. I bought this backpack to use at Disney World and it worked great for me. The bag was as described and pictured. I have only used it for a few days but it has no flaws or issues. I did not test it for water resistance and happily it didn’t rain while I was using it.I liked the various sections both inside and out especially the one on the back which was were I kept my money, etc. The double zipper on the main compartment was also a must have for me.You can get a disposable bottle of water in both side pouches but I did not find a stainless steel type bottle that would fit in the pouches. I put mine inside the main compartment and it was good.

This bag is really lightweight yet very spacious & very comfortable to carry. Cloth diapers take up a lot more space in a diaper bag than disposables do, which makes finding a diaper bag very challenging without having to sacrifice. This bag is perfect! I can fit 6 diapers in it. (I used the traditional diaper pockets for extra outfits and a blanket) Even filled with the most I’d ever carry in it at once, there are still empty pockets and plenty of room leftover to add more. Being able to hold that much, this bag does NOT seem big or bulky. I almost bought a well known brands bag that is 5x’s more expensive than this bag and I’m so glad that I went with this one instead. It far exceeded my expectations.I can’t comment on durability yet, however; the bag seems very well made. The hardware seems nice and sturdy. My only cons, which isn’t a con to me because it doesn’t affect me any; is it doesn’t come with attached stroller straps. It has D rings to attach your own straps to. Also, the bottles that I use fit perfectly in the insulated bottle pockets. Evenflo Balance wide neck glass bottles. If you had taller bottles like Dr. browns, you’d have to put the bottles in a different pocket.

  15. It’s replaced my need for an impractical and expensive purses. I’ve been using this backpack for about two years now and it serves my every need… and it still looks great! However, I did not find getting it on my back very easy, so I cut off the one strap and use it over my one shoulder. Makes it much easier considering all the on and off for daily use. The only drawback for some may be that it does not impress anyone… it seems like lots of folks I know want their handbag to make more of a statement about their capacity to spend a lot of money and align with a name brand designer. My converted backpack carries all of the items I want to be sure to have with me when out and about.. with lots of pockets and zippers to keep things well organized.

  16. The backpack is great, well designed and constructed. I had a different lunch compartment backpack from this brand and I liked it but it was both bulky and flopped over. This bag has more structure and the flopping isn’t a problem and it’s got a better layout and pockets. It’s exactly what I was looking for. I was hoping I would be able to get away with the smaller size with a 16″ macbook pro (sometimes you can, sometimes you can’t) and while it does technically fit and close it was too tight for comfort for me with a $4000 computer. I opted to return the bag and purchased the larger 17″ size which I’m looking forward to for days when I have to go to an office or be on the road.

  17. I’m notoriously hard on purses. I usually go through a purse every one to three years. I’m also the kind of person that likes a versatile bag that goes with almost any outfit of mine to the office or to a casual event (I wear a lot of black, so black is what my bags usually end up being). First of all, the photos of this bag don’t do justice in terms of conveying how much room is inside this bag. I usually like to carry a large wristlet-type wallet, a makeup pouch, an electric fan, and so so much more. When you have that much stuff in your bag already, it can be hard to add things like a planner because most bags just can’t accommodate it. When I carry my planner in this bag, in addition to all my other stuff, I still have room leftover to put other things inside – something that my Steve Madden bag couldn’t do! (That Steve Madden bag was a really nice backpack bag too, but this thing has so much more room than it did!) It’s very plain on the outside, which means that it allows your outfit to shine rather than your bag, but that said it still looks very nice. I appreciate that it has both two shoulder straps to wear like a traditional backpack as well as another strap you can use to carry it on your elbow if you choose. I use the elbow strap when coming in from the car with Starbucks a lot more than I thought I would, and I can say it’s very handy. There is a pocket on the back if you wish to keep an object close to your body when wearing it as a backpack. There are plenty of pockets inside so if you like separating your items like I do, then you’ll be pleased with your ability to do that here. The front top pocket is perfect to keep items handy for easy reaching in the car, and that’s what I find I use that top pocket most for – keys, phone, gum, chapstick, kleenex, etc. I guess the bottom line here is that I knew I would like this bag when I bought it, but I didn’t expect to be so impressed by the pockets and the size and versatility. This is probably the best purse I’ve bought in at least a decade. Just do yourself a favor and buy this bag.

  18. I use this backpack for day hikes. It fits my bear spray on one side and my water bottle on the other in the mesh pockets. I can fit my emergency/med kit with room for spare layers in the main pocket. I tend to shove my outer layers into the bag about 15 minutes into a hike. I like the plastic pocket for wet clothing. The front pocket is a convenient place for snacks or anything else that you don’t want to dig around for. There’s a small pocket inside the front pocket that I wish had a zipper, but I use it to carry ID and a little cash if I think I’ll want to stop and grab some food on my way home (usually if I’m going with friends).Overall it is a lightweight, comfortable, affordable daypack that does what I need it to. It’s nothing fancy, but it’s held up and it looks nice. No complaints after 6 hikes with it.The little whistle on the front is nice too. I’ve never needed to use it, but it’s nice to know it’s there in easy reach if I ever got into a bad spot.

  19. I love the look of this backpack, but it’s not very comfortable. I constantly have to readjust the straps because the the plastic grips don’t hold the straps well. There’s been multiple occasions where the straps just completely give out when I’m just picking the bag up. I’ve dropped the bag one time because of this and my laptop got damaged which really sucked. If you get this bag, always check that the strap is taught and fed through the plastic piece. The bag doesn’t hold a lot of stuff because of the angle of the top of the bag. I’m a student and I can’t fit much in there other than my laptop and maybe two or three books. The bag is water resistant. I actually ended up spilling a can of coke on it, but it didn’t get damaged at all because it all just slid off the bag. Nothing sank into the fabric. I also walk around outside a lot with this bag and I’ve gotten stuck in the rain a lot. There’s never been an issue with anything getting wet inside the bag.

  21. I bought this bag for traveling, figured it would be a useful hands free item when I’m in the airport. I haven’t yet gone on the trip I got it for but I’ve used it for so many other things! Every weekend we go hiking and this bag holds quite a stuff, it’s very sturdy and doesn’t feel like it’s pulling on your shoulders even with the weight of water bottles, sunscreen, phones, etc. The front pocket for the phone is very handy so you don’t have to take the backpack on and off to get to it. I ordered the grey thinking it would go with everything, it is a nice color but I’ll probably get another one in a brighter color.

  24. My sister and I planned to take a day trip from San Diego to Universal Studios in L.A. for my birthday last August. We wanted a smaller lightweight backpack that would not only look nice and weigh next to nothing, but which would also hold all of our needs for the day while we traversed the theme park. We had each originally bought a different brand of back pack, it was just okay but it was more like a hiker’s pack, made of ripstop nylon and lightweight, but it was still much larger than this bag, was unstructured and kind of sloppy looking. Once we threw all of our stuff in the other brand pack, it was just a jumble of stuff rolling around in there, I didn’t like it for a day-pack at a theme park. So I went ahead and ordered 2 of these – one for me and one for my sister, she didn’t know it, but I just had a feeling that once she saw it in person, she would prefer this one over the hiker’s pack. And that is exactly what happened. I was really pleased with everything about this backpack. First of all – it looks really nice. You could take this into the office or out to dinner and still look moderately professional with it. It comes in 2 sizes, I got the smaller size because it suited my one-day needs. I’d say if you want this for a longer trip, of if you are planning to carry things for both you and your kids, maybe size up. For me and my purposes, the small pack held everything I wanted to take with me, including an extra pair of flipflops and a lightweight cardigan, my wallet, phone, makeup, and still had room for all the souveniers I bought at the theme park (and I bought a lot!). Even full, the straps were pretty comfortable. I think the fact that the bag is structured and sits flush against your back helps keep it from pulling under the arms and digging into the shoulders too much. All in all, it’s a pretty, roomy, nice looking and functional backpack. I would recommend.

  25. If you had your lunch in there and any moisture, it would leak out. Also, if your lunch was hefty then you couldn’t fit much in the bag. Overall it worked out for my vacation and we didn’t even use the insulated part for food. Did not come with battery pack. I must have not read that part.

  26. I love this backpack so much I use it for work. I am in a van all day delivering packages and it gets really hot. I can put everything I need in there and not have to carry in my purse and also the front pouch serves as my lunch box so I only have one bag to carry. I got so excited when I got it because I thought that the USB port on the outside connected to an actual battery on the inside but you have to put your own battery pack in there so be aware of that. But other than that I love all the pockets I even love the tissue pocket because I use a lot of tissues. Overall it’s a great quality bag.

  27. This is by far the most durable diaper bag we have ever owned. We have a special needs child and she continues to need diaper bag at 9y.o. We have owned this bag for 3 yrs now and I am buying a 2nd one to have as a back up in case we break this one. Two Zippers did come out but to be honest, ours is stuffed and it has withstood so much mistreatment from my kid who thinks flipping it upside down and bringing it off the counter is a daily pass time. I would love a different style of the dividers but unfortunately I have not found one from this brand. Love the durability!

  28. Okay so the most important thing about this backpack is that the top zipper is only on the top – unlike a “traditional” backpack that zips part-way down the sides. That was a big disappointment to me and why I wanted the double zipper (which it has).I do like this bag very much. The outer material is sturdy (but not stiff and plastic-y) and can just be wiped off with a damp cloth. The bag has lots of compartments. The hardware seems sturdy. However – and the reason for 4 stars honestly – the interior fabric is dark brown. It makes it so hard to find what you’re looking for – especially in addition to the fact that you can’t fully open the top like a traditional backpack. Surprisingly (since I feel the outer fabric and hardware are sturdy) the inner lining is thin and cheap.Overall I’m happy with this and feel I made a wise purchase.

  29. I bought this bag to keep my work items in and it does the job! I occasionally also use this when traveling as there is a strap you can slide on to your luggage. Great buy!

  30. This is the 3rd time I’ve purchased this backpack model. I love it. You can feel secure because the main zipper is against your back so you don’t have to worry about theft. I do wish the bag was a touch taller so my 13″ laptop would fit in it – I can cram it in, but the bag is really too small. It is large enough to carry a sweater or hoodie along with basics, and the side pockets are excellent for a water bottle and/or phone. My only complaint is that when you choose the item on the website, the item you actually receive is not consistently the same as the photo/link of what you think you’re buying. This gray bag was fine, but I’ve ordered a black one 3 times and keep receiving a different model which is subpar. I prefer the “0-5 black” and order that model, but keep receiving “1 black new”. Disappointing – I have returned the black ones (they have a metal logo on the front and a terrible chemical smell)
