Got a good deal on these, and I’ve had them for several months now. They have great interior surfaces and wash easily in the dishwasher. The lids fit well. The handles seem sturdy. Overall, they’re both attractive and very functional.

I am writing this review after purchasing all the skillets, griddle, wok, and 1 qt. saucepan, over 6 months.So, here’s the thing.You pay a hefty price for a stainless steel, non-stick pan/skillet, so it behooves you to not treat said pans with care, and not let the care slip, it’s only then (if you ignore common care) that you will/might have problems with this product.I did the initial seasoning as required, and then after about every 3 times I use the pan, I heat up the pan/skillet, add about a Tsp or less, depending on the size of the pan, of avocado oil, swish it around, get a paper towel (I use VIVA, more cloth like) then use a pair of thongs and wipe the oil all over. I then let the pan continue to heat up for about another 2-3 min. only then, do I continue on with my cooking. This method only adds about 5 minutes to my routine for the what I’m making.A small price to pay to keep the pans in good cooking shape.With all that being said, I really like all the skillets/pan that I got.With the method that I described, they have all remained non-stick with no problems.And I ALWAYS hand wash the pans.The wok is great for making stews, soups and of course stir fry’s.The 8″, 10″, 12″, 12″ griddle are all great for a variety of meals depending on what you’re making.And the 1qt. sauce pan is perfect for single serve soups.The bonus is that the 12″ lid also fits the 12″ wok,A win-win…I already have all-clan 2,4,7 qt. sauce pans, so for now, I won’t be getting any more saucepans.Bottom line is – if you are on the fence about spending your hard earned bucks on these pans, as long as you use common sense to keep these pans in a good state, you won’t regret the purchase…😊

As an amateur home chef, All-Clad is my preferred brand. Never buy the TV advertised stuff: you get what you pay for when it comes to pots and pans.For everyday cooking, I like non-stick cookware. There are only two real downsides: The non-stick coatings only last a few years; and also, non-stick pans usually don’t brown meat as attractively as stainless steel, rolled steel, or cast iron. For a presentation dish, you might want to brown the roast in a cast iron skillet.Let’s talk about non-stick coatings for a minute. The more expensive the pan, the more coats of non-stick surface the manufacturer gives you. (You get what you pay for.) So an All-Clad pan will stay non-stick longer than some $30 wonder pan you see on TV. (Yeah—I bought one, and I threw it away after about 18 months! Worked great when it came out of the box!) Eventually, all non-stick pans become regular pans.So, it’s a good idea to think about the basic material the pan is made from—under the non-stick coating. All-Clad pans are made from anodized aluminum. This is an excellent material, and it is almost non-stick in its own right. Aluminum is the second-best metal for even heat distribution—second only to copper. When, at last, all of your non-stick coating has worn off, you can still keep on using an aluminum pan without working too hard to clean-up the mess afterwards. An anodized aluminum pan will still be easier to clean than a stainless steel pan.All-Clad is my preferred manufacturer, although I suspect that any expensive brand will be just as good. Swiss Diamond offers the same product line—but the basic aluminum pan itself is lighter weight. In other words, they use less aluminum in making the product, so they can sell it cheaper. However, up until now, I have no complaints about my single Swiss Diamond pot. If you want a good pan, but can’t afford an All-Clad, check out Swiss Diamond.

We bought the white 2.4 qt and 1.5 qt pots, 4.3 qt casserole pot, 8″ pan, and 6.5 qt deep pan. The appearance is great, they’re light and easy to hold, easy to wash by hand (shouldn’t be put in the dishwasher which is a bummer), good heat distribution, and are inexpensive. The downside is that after two months there are some faint scratches on the sides of a couple pots/pans, and there is one area where coating is rubbing off on one pot (where the lid sits). Perhaps the one pot’s coating wasn’t cured right or is defective in some way (?). We contacted Carote and they’re sending us a replacement pot, so the customer service has been great (another positive). All things considered, these are solid, low cost cookware that won’t have the durability as mid to upper tier cookware.

Loved this little saucepan but there is a problem with the coating chipping on the upper lip. It is a concern.

I like to make scrambled eggs in this saucepan – it is tall enough to avoid spills while blending the eggs. The non-stick surface really comes in handy during cleanup, too.

My husband asked for a pot smaller than the two that came with our set of pots and pans. This is the perfect size for heating small quantities of food and making sauces.

Very non stick. The shape of the smaller one is unusual but for small quantities it pours very well.

For those tired of dealing with chipping with nonstick pans (like me), this is a great alternative. I’ve used this pan several times now. It has not chipped or peeled, doesn’t warp at high temperatures, is thick and sturdy, and adds a beautiful aesthetic to the kitchen. I also like that it has two spouts to help steam escape and aid with easy pouring. It’s also easy to clean. I’ve only hand-washed it and it still looks just as good as when it arrived in the mail.

After tossing out a number of high-end “lifetime” pans, I opted for this bargain-priced Cuisinart pan. So far, it has been terrific. Food doesn’t stick and cleanup is fast. No nicks, stains, and scratched. I’ll be replacing other pans with this brand as they wear out.

Best cookware ever

I use this everyday, to heat up water, in the a.m. , to heat up my soup for lunch, and can cook an egg in it if I need to. So easy to clean, even when I left food simmering too long. Quite versatile. I would highly recommend it.

Excellent non stick pot. Used it a few times so far with good results. I ordered silicone utensils as well, so as not to damage the non-stick surface.

Caraway pans are definitely the best nonstick pans I’ve had. Hand washing is recommended and the nonstick is so easy to clean that there’s really no reason to subject this pan to the harsh soap of a dishwasher. Two gifts are included with this sauce pan: a round cork trivet and a sponge to remove stains. This pan can be used in the oven up to 550*. Stovetop, the manufacturer states to use low to medium heat only…I’m not sure why. The coating is ceramic and I’m satisfied with the safety. There are very attractive colors to choose from, which is a plus. I have no complaints whatsoever and have rated this saucepan 5 stars.

I like the quality of the pots and how well they cook which is the reason I purchased them. Now matching Skillets are in order.

Good sturdy pot. Use wood utensils or you will scratch the coating quickly I do like all there products and own several but USE WOOD UTENSILS ONLY !

For a frugal buy, I would say yes this is worth gifting. I kept the top from my more expensive pan. It fit perfectly. I have to be the only one to use it so I have to keep it in my room. I love that it is cooking now and the burger is sliding in it.
