End of hose where you screw on your sprayer came loose. Had to put some lock tight on the threads and screw it back on as tight as I could.

I bought two of these in September of 2018. One for the deck and one for the front porch. I found them to be very handy and the one on the deck is still working fine. It coils up, stretches out, is hardly more than the weight of the water! Easy to maneuver because it’s flexibile and light weight.I flipped the one on the front porch over a bush this summer and it came apart. The fittings are high quality brass, but the hose came apart about a foot from the spigot. I was very surprised! It is unrepairable so I had to throw it away.The only other thing is that the hose on the deck is behind the porch swing. There is about 2 feet of space between the railing and the swing. When I turn the hose on back there, it fills up quickly, expanding in every direction and there is no place for me to step without stepping on the hose. I usually step on it about 5-6 times before I can get out from behind it all. It is not damaged yet, which is a little surprising! It seems to be very sturdy and I hope it lasts a long time yet.The hose in the front popping open was a pretty big surprise. It is not under my feet to turn it on so I have rarely stepped on it. It has had pretty gentle care. Overall, they are pretty convenient, but I am not quite ready to spend that much again for something that lasts 4 seasons. I am trying a local hose from a reputable nursery now in the front. I can’t manipulate heavy hoses anymore, so if this doesn’t last, I may be back because they are very easy to use and very convenient. 🙂

Purchased 3 of these hoses for my house around May 2022. In ~3 months of regular, normal household use, 2 out of 3 have holes in the hose and leak water! I will update this review to advise of seller’s customer service if I’m contacted.**Update – contacted customer service and they were very responsive. They requested a picture of each hose leaking (no big deal), which I took and sent via buyer / seller messages. They sent the two replacements I needed and I expect to receive them this week. 1* -> 5* due to superb customer service.

It’s a great flexible hose long great quality but becareful using it. If you step on it it can crease I got this for my pressure washer business but didn’t think about if a car runs over it but over all its a great hose for home use.

Never owned one of these metal hoses before. I’m a 74 year old women, and this is the, easiest to move around, hose I’ve ever had. Hasn’t kinked once. Wasn’t sure if I could get the pressure I needed to wash the car since it is smaller in diameter, but it works great. Love that it came with 2 different nozzle choices. I’m pleased, and would buy this one again.P.S. One of the nozzles wasn’t in the box when I got it. Contacted the seller, and one was at my door in couple days. Good customer service!

This hose is of very good quality. It expands easily to 100′, is very light, and does not kink up on you.When not is use this hose collapses so you can easily store it in a medium size bag. To keep it in good shape and lasting longer, be careful not to unduly pull hard on it, and when you’re done with it, release the water pressure. Because it’s so easy to use and enjoy going out and watering my garden instead of wrestling with my hose.

When I originally got the product I was really shocked at how small it was and I thought, “this cannot be 100 feet”… It came in a nice bag with a storage hook as well. Then I read the directions and started using it and I was surprised by how easy it was to set up and use. It is very lightweight so that makes it easier for me to drag across the lawn to get to my plants on the other side of the house. It really is 100 feet and it doubles in size when it expands and then when you’re done using it you can release the pressure nozzle and it will drain itself – which is also really amazing for quick and easy storage or “winterizing” Against cold temperatures. This is 100 times better than any plastic or rubber hose I’ve ever used in the past. And because it is covered in a thick woven fabric material it feels a lot more durable against getting holes and leaks!

I hate traditional hoses! They are a pain to use, take a lot of time to unravel, rewind etc and I was looking for a better solution and purchased an expanding hose for 29 from Home Depot. It was junk, leaked and was not worth a penny I paid for it. I searched on Amazon and found the Flexi Hose which was almost double the price as the one I purchased and guess what? You get what you pay for. Follow the direction on how to use and the product will perform over expectations, It’s easy, it works and stores in a small space. I no longer dread having to water something as I did with traditional hoses.However, I did have an issue with one of the two that I purchased and the following happened.1. They got back to me right away2. I was able to get all of the info needed such as purchase date, serial number etc that was stored in my Amazon Orders and send to them3. I’ve seen the commercial for years and recently thought it might be nice to trade in these heavy hoses I trip over and we tried a different one from a store and it was poorly made so we returned it and then got the pocket hose and so far it’s lived up to it’s tv hype. We got a little plastic box to store it in to keep it out of the sun. I didn’t realize it’s supposed to be taken off and stored inside out of the sun until I bought it and read the directions and that was a huge turn off for me. So the plastic box holder is a nice solution. We bought the hose in early summer and it’s now late fall and in great shape. I like the nozzle sprayer it comes with a lot more than the gun sprayer with a bunch of settings none seemed the right pressure but the 3 on the pocket nozzle work great for watering plants in the yard or pots and washing out cat boxes and best of all washing our new car keeping the car in that new shiny car condition.

Soooo…. I just encountered the “fail” of my second hose. The first one was replaced promptly so we will see if they “replace” the replaced one. This first hose sprung leaks at where it connects to hose bib but the hose totally blew off from the hose bib attachment and retracted down the hose. Nothing like turning on your hose and nothing comes out of the spray nozzle….and speaking of the nozzle….it has micro cracks in the plastic thus leading to an unwanted misty spray when the handle is not depressed. Not to happy….UPDATE: 11/21/22 Promptly rcvd 2nd replacement hose…hopefully all will go well…happy plants! Thank you Flexhose for caring!!

Bought this 75ft hose to water my greenhouse plants at work. Been using it quite heavily at work, often pulling it rather roughly across the concrete floor from the tap to the end of the greenhouse space. No leaks in the hose so far that will ruin my water pressure. Did my watering job efficiently when my drip lines are choked with dirt. The watering shower head comes with handy modes of spraying like soaker, shower and full (these are the ones I use for my job). Love the shower function as it got rid fo those dirts from the pots, soaker is indeed soaking…. watering the plants with gentle heavy stream of water. My coworker bought a 75 ft hose before me and his shower head came to me broken without the handle

So far so good. I do kinda wish I had gotten the 50′ hose, but the 25′ one is working just fine so far. I’m not rough with it, so hopefully it will last a bit.

Initial impressions are good. Although it felt squirmy and springy, it seemed high quality. The brass shutoff valve was nice – a little hard to move the switch but I’d rather it be tight than loose.

If you’re in a smaller space, like an apartment or condo, with a spigot, get this. I did my best to use an older, higher end hose, but this one kicked it out of the water – pun intended.This is easy to stash away, expands well when in use, the included nozzle is just as great as my aftermarket-sold-separately one, and seems pretty durable. I only SLIGHTLY worry about the ends after continued use but it’s too early to tell. I doubt they’ll be an issue however.

This hose is exactly as described. If you need a super heavy duty hose then I suggest you find one of the many heavy duty hoses. This is great for gardening, filling hot tubs, pools, spraying down decks and sidewalks. It fits get in small spaces and retracts just as described.
