After spending a whole lot of money on various mops, I have finally found the perfect mop. I hated Swiffer because the pad would shred if it got too wet and didn’t really get my floors clean. I also resented that I could only buy their product like the cleaning solution which was crappy and had to buy their pads exclusively. It’s also not environmentally neutral. The pads aren’t reusable neither are the plastic solution bottles and you have to buy batteries. It’s impractical as well, because the batteries die in the middle of mopping. Then you have to drop everything and get batteries. I don’t like mops that are higher maintenance than me The Rubbermaid mop ticks all the boxes. Each squeeze delivers a decent spray and you can use any cleaning product. It’s light but sturdy and finding replacement pads is super easy. You aren’t locked in to any brand. I see where some people have gotten broken mops but that certainly wasn’t my experience and I’ve had mine for 1 year. 👍
I didn’t realize this was a larger box. This will last me a long time. I love using these because my cat sheds sooo much. I also was confused if these were the ones for the bigger swifter but thankfully they are the smaller ones and just what I needed. I have the type of floors that are like concrete with some kind of clear epoxy over it for an industrial look. I really love how much I get off the floor with this. I also have long hair myself, so I tend to notice this helps get my hair up too in the bathroom where I brush my hair. I actually like this ,very easy to install and the bottle is good size for a small floor plan ,it’s good for me since I hurt my back ages ago, it’s not to heavy to do the cleaning.my issues are the mop head keeps flipping upward when I’m trying to mop my wooden floor. Irritating because I have to kick the mop head down to the floor lots of times in one event of floor cleaning. If you are looking for this mop to clean underneath a coffee or buffet for example , it’s not going to do it..bc of the bottle holder is placed low to be able to go under . I still have to figure out how to hang it on my wall mount or hook?? I’m not sure about the price point but I think it’s ok, quality sturdy , light and the extra cloth is great. Easy to put together, beware that you have to prime the pumper, so it will spray. Like that I can use my own cleaner. I use Simple Green for floors. Extra plus is you get 3 mop cloths included.
We own a Libman mop, like a swiffer but you can wash the mop pad and refill with your own cleaning solution. These pads scrub surprisingly well. And they seem pretty absorbent. I know I’ll be back to purchase more.They don’t cover the whole mop for me but I’m pretty sure they would match the standard swiffer size.
Honestly, I have a weekly house cleaner so I only touch up the floors when necessary. But this microfiber mop makes it so easy to do a quick sweep before company on wood & tile flooring. I I’m glad I noticed this mop from o Cedar I have always liked o Cedar Products it is good for me in my small apartment and so easy to use I have started with adding white vinegar to water and I like that it doesn’t leave a strong smell and I can use it often and not really need a soap cleaner or others to clean my kitchen and bathroom floors I was able to put it together with the clear instructions included I am very happy with my purchase
This is a nice mop to clean floors. It was easy to put together. It feels a little cheap, but did not cost a lot. I haven’t had any problems. I noticed that the spray is a nice consistent mist.
This feels like a cheap product but does a good job. We have a small apartment and this helps us keep it clean. If I had a larger house with lots of hard floors I wouldn’t recommend this product. But for smaller spaces this is super quick, easy, and lightweight. Because it’s so light we clean our floors much more frequently due to ease of use.
