Update: Stroller has been super reliable since the front wheel fixed. Toddler loves it.Original post: Got a new B Free stroller a couple days ago. Thought I had found my magical unicorn stroller. Sad to report that the front wheel jiggles and rattles when the stroller goes over small bumps, including even a slight floor material change such as between carpet and floor. I read another reviewer’s comment who suggested putting a piece of nylon around the stem of the front wheel to tamp down the jiggle and the annoying ratttle. It didn’t fix my issue.I called Britax. The rep was aware of this issue (so must not be an infrequent issue?) and offered to send me a replacement front wheel right away. I hope this replacement part will fix the issue. I’m concerned not just about the current rattling (on a 2 day old stroller) but that this may develop into a much bigger problem of the spontaneously detaching front wheel. I will give the new wheel a shot and will update my review after that. However, I’m already inclined to return the stroller.Other than this serious concern of the front wheel, here are some other notes:PROS:- Great maneuvering. One hand push is easy.-Adjustable handlebar is fantastic for 6’3″ husband and my 5’5″ self.- Great foot clearance for walking parents; No low bar to kick.- Big Canopy, big peekaboo window- the pull down rear wall of the basket and front access flap under footrest are nice features.CONS:- front wheel concern, see above- Seat does not get into fully upright position. The max upright is still a little “loungey”.- No adjustable leg rest. Seems like a missed opportunity since the leg rest is already liftable for access to basket.- No cup holder for parent or child.
I bought this stroller for when I am only with one of my daughters. I have a 2yr old and 4 month old. This car seat comes with adapters and it’s easy to set up! Both my children fit perfectly. The rides are smooth and it’s easy to open and fold back up. The only thing I dislike is the bottom basket is not that big but this stroller definitely gets the job done. I love it.
I love how light weight this is and easy to push. Highly recommend. Great quality too.
I purchased this two weeks before my son was born in August of 2020, and we are at almost two years of use. I don’t often review products but I love this thing. So I came back to let you all know it.The car seat:The car seat is fine. It’s safe, it wasn’t super bulky, it was incredibly easy to install, and it made changing cars a breeze if you buy an extra base. While the seat is technically rated to 36 lbs, we found that our son was uncomfortable reclining so far back as he got older and more capable of moving his head. We could not safely change the angle of the seat to help with his discomfort, so we got a new one around 6 months that has those adjustment features but can grow with him to front facing as well. This car seat is specifically designed for newborns and as a set with the stroller, so it absolutely served it’s purpose. As far as using with the stroller, the seat settled very securely in the stroller and made my hours-long postpartum walks with my newborn absolute ease. He often fell asleep because of how smooth the ride was but the buckles, while safe, were never too obstructive that I had issues accessing him if he needed a feed or change while we were out. The sun cover on the car seat itself is a nice feature, but it is obviously made for tiny babies and does not hold up to the curious hands of older babies. It was, however incredible for giving my sleeping newborn shade on those early walks, especially in conjunction with the stroller’s sun cover. All in all, this was a solid newborn car seat but don’t expect it to last much longer than that. The stroller:I’m new to the stroller game, but I’ve done a bunch of research. It’s been almost two years of using this stroller at least once a week, but it’s probably more like two/three times a week. And this thing is the most “worth it” piece of equipment I’ve ever purchased for my child. It holds up to multi-hour walks, jogs, and awkward skips. It holds up to peaceful sleeping newborn and kicking, crying toddler. It holds up to spills and the unexpected pouring rain. My son is comfortable, he’s easily accessible, he’s strapped in such a way that it makes it hard for him to escape but easy to access, and he always has the biggest smile on his face when he sees it. The seat is adjustable, so when he was younger but too old for the newborn seat, it was easy to lay him back and let him sleep. Now that he’s almost two, he wants to see everything and can sit straight up. There’s storage underneath enough for the diaper bag, my purse, a ball, a mega bubble bottle, and whatever drinks and snacks I have. The jogging strap gives me security when I’ve got him out with me on runs (I had to purchase another one because I lost the first, but it’s virtually the same). The only complaint I have is with the mom compartment on top: it sometimes doesn’t fit my phone, drink, sippy cup, and mom snacks, making me have to stop to pull those out of the bottom compartment when I need them. A little bit more depth on that top and a bit more space in the cup holders would have gone a long way.But the star of the stroller is the wheels. The WHEELS. I can tackle almost any terrain. Sidewalk? Of course. Grass? Sure. Dirt road? No problem. Gravel? Easy. Park mulch? Effortless. Uneaven roads? Fabulous. I take this thing trail running. I’ve taken it to historic districts with brick pavers instead of sidewalks with my child sleeping comfortably. I’ve walked on all sorts of terrain, hopped so many curbs. Never a problem. Steering is so effortless, even while running, but especially in venues with more limited space like our local park. I had to use my niece’s old stroller when I went to a Halloween event with my sister, and plastic wheels are not it. It was harder to push, harder to steer, it did terrible on sloped driveways and cracked sidewalks, it was a disaster in her newer suburb. The rubber wheels not only make for a smoother ride, they’re patchable and refillable. We have a local bike shop near the park and they’ll literally take care of it for free. The wheels hold up great, though, we’ve only needed to ask the bike shop for air twice and we haven’t needed a patch yet.If you’re on the fence, know this; a few months after my son was born, we took a cross-country move in hatchback. Despite our incredibly limited space, I refused to leave the stroller just out of fear that we wouldn’t be able to repurchase the same one at our destination.
The only thing that is a problem is when the baby is laying flat her legs are exposed to the sun they need to have the canopy extend further.
Love how small and easy to travel this stroller is. Only negative I have to say is the black gets extremely hot very fast when it’s high temps out in the sun. Had to put another cover over it to keep baby cool while walking. Otherwise love it! Going to be flying with this and my 5month old soon and am glad she can sleep/nap in the bassinet while we go through the airport.
I have a 2 year old and 6 month old and for traveling I like using lightweight single strollers. I have a Babyzen Yoyo which I love but it’s expensive. I didn’t want to spend that much for another one, even a used one would be about $350 in my area so I started searching for an alternative. I needed something lightweight, that I can take onboard a plane with me, sturdy, good wheels. I was leaning towards a GB Pockit All City vs all terrain because of the suspension. Even those were more than I wanted to spend. I happen to catch a sale on Amazon where this stroller was $210 and it’s basically a Gb pockit all city. Anyway I now have this stroller and it’s a pretty good one. It is very sturdy, more so than the GB and it rides smooth on different surfaces. I just tested it out in an area where the sidewalks are made of brick, some cracks and unevenness and then near the waterfront it is sandy. The wheels held up well. Ride was smooth. I do wish the seat reclined a little bit more but it is good enough. I also wish it came with a strap to carry like the yoyo. It is light and sometimes I think it’s too light. You can’t hang anything too heavy from the handles because it might tip backwards. Another thing I like which I did not realize I had until today was that the car seat adapters, that were included btw, can be used with a nuna pipa! I am really enjoying this stroller but I’ll report back after using it more if I still love it.
I loved this stroller in the beginning. However, it’s been alittle over 2 months since purchasing and the wheels are already getting stuck and becoming hard to maneuver. I’ve tried to take the wheels off and clean them but nothing seems to work. I feel like for the cost of the stroller it should have better wheels. I took a chance on this stroller even with the little reviews but also just seen others complaining about the same problem. This is the first time I have a issue like this but hoping someone reaches out cause this is how I move around with my baby.
This stroller is great- light weight, small, easy to unfold/fold (easier than the GB Pockit all terrain), the sun shade works well and is sturdy. My 3 complaints1- it would ideally recline more and I think all they would need is to put a just a few more inches of fabric on the sides (maybe 4-5 inches) and extend the recline strap (I think this combined would be less than 1 lb of added weight and would be well worth it.2- No cup holder for parent or baby- but this is easily remedied by many options for added storage- I ended up with “Belle on the go” from BuyBuy Baby. Its a soft neoprene material and it doesn’t get in the way when folding up.3- the BIGGEST Fault is that there are not any conversion kits for other brands of infant carriers- if so this would end up being my only stroller and I’d get rid of the other big stroller I got from Graco- as it lays currently- I am not going to spend $300 on a single infant car seat when there are others that have just as good if not better safety ratings for cheaper.Anyways- We have had this about 2 weeks and took it on vacation and loved it. my 18 month old loved it. So it seems to be comfy the basket carries quite a bit and I am glad I made the investment.
I thoroughly researched different car seats and strollers, mainly the britax ones because I had a used britax carseat i wanted to use. Compared b-free vs b-lively vs older b-agile vs any other britax and decided to go with this one. LOVE it. It feels like quality. Glides great outside and indoors, carseat attaches so easily, it did come with the adaptors. It folds up super easy, it is a little bit heavy but I can lift it, it’s just not super lightweight, but that’s probably part of what feels so good pushing it. I would buy again for sure. The storage easily fits my diaper bag + whatever and the peek-a-boo part/vents on top/sides are great.
a good stroller that the baby can sleep or lay flat when you go outside before they can sit. Much cheaper than the major brands but it does the job. You only need it for a couple of month then it retires. Good quality. Would recommend this to new parents.
It’s a really nice stroller but i feel like my baby gets tired, because it’s kinda hard so i use the little mattress from her bassinet 😅 but other than that i really like it
Easy to fold/unfold. Light weight. Granddaughter seems very comfortable in it.I bought this stroller mid April, 2022. Less than 6 months later, a screw has come loose in a wheel. It is made in such a way that the nut cannot be reattached to the screw. Therefore, this stroller ($108) cannot be used.Amazon employee states they are unable to help since it is past return date.Update: I called the manufacturer. They were polite, helpful and very easy to work with. After sending pictures, following instructions to render the stroller unusable by anyone, and sending pictures again, they are sending a new stroller. Great customer service!
I absolutely love this car seat / stroller. This is the second one I bought. We were in a moderate car accident, so car seat had to be replaced. I felt my baby was safe in this car seat during accident. I used same car seat for my first born and I loved it. The bag it comes with is amazing. Fits my essentials and is still light enough to attach to seat. I would definitely say it’s a must.
This system works great together, but isn’t perfect. Jogging with any stroller on our roads is not an option, but I wanted a stroller that could be used all-terrain, so that’s why I got this system. I go to lots of vendor markets and things like that, so needing something that will easily go across rough terrain was high on my priority list. Baby Trend’s carrier handle design is the best on the market, so I knew I was going with BT from the start. The issues I found were 1. The base does not anchor into the car tight enough for my liking, so my husband tied the front down to a seat rail with paracord, after anchoring the back of the base into the car anchors. 2. The stroller tires deflate easily and regularly. I have to air them up almost every time I use the stroller. 3. As I should have expected with a jogging stroller, the wheel base is so far apart that tight turns are difficult, and the front wheel does not pivot as easily as I’d like. The overall size is also bulky for storage, but being able to use all-terrain is a huge plus where I live and the activities I do. That feature is absolutely worth the value and function.
I had originally purchased for my newborn a maxi cosi set. Car seat and stroller. Loved it and still do. The stroller is great but not so great to travel international with. After doing research this is the only durable sturdy stroller that is also compact and quick to close and open. When new out of the box it is super easy to use. If you already own a maxi cosi check cause your car seat may be compatible to this stroller to connect. This stroller fit in the over head bin inside the plane no need to check in like regular luggage.
Están muy Lindas me gusto muchooo 👌Es igualita ala foto muy bonita
I ordered this and first one came in and the frame part was bent so it wouldn’t click into place and stay locked. Immediately requested a new one and received new one in two days, shipped old one back ( how do they fit them in those boxes lol ) Absolutely love this stroller set. The colors are bright and beautiful, and easy turning.
Really like this travel system. The colors and vibrant, the baby fits it in great, it’s easy to put her in the seat and also to put the seat into the stroller to go walking. The baby latches into the car seat easy and it’s easy to get the babies carseat out of the booster restaint. The only complaint I have is it was hard to follow the directions to put it together. This is only my complaint and maybe someone else who is really handy would have a problem at all. Other than that, well worth spending extra time to put the stroller together!!!
Exactly what we were looking for! Saves a ton of room compared to a regular stroller, is light weight and very good quality. Highly recommend.
It’s so easy to use, I never have to wake my daughter taking her out of it when putting her in or out of the car. Seems super comfortable since she always falls asleep in it pretty quick. And it’s smooth when pushing it around, pretty lightweight too.
Very easy to assemble. Heavier than I was expecting. This stroller moves pretty well too but to close it you have to remove the bassinet and turn it around. Was expecting to be able to close and open but if you don’t turn it around it will not close. Also a little bulky
My 3 month old Grandson loves this stroller. This was the best deal for the price. I appreciate the large shade cover, the adjustable seat, the ease of strolling around, and how simple it is to fold up. My son has a $400.00 stroller which I borrowed a couple of times and don’t like it. It is way too heavy and complicated with all the attachments.I would definitely purchase this stroller again.
Our child unfortunately has parents working split days, putting us in the position where we always need to meet at work to swap off the child. This has been an absolute godsend.Naps aren’t a problem anymore when we’re forced to stay at work for a few hours- or when our older grandma is in town and can’t walk around carrying a baby.If you even THINK you might have the need for this – get it now.I greatly underestimated how much we would use this, we got it when our child was 6 weeks old and I wish I had it waiting for us after we came home from the hospital.
I had been using a different “umbrella” stroller that was a real hassle to collapse, didn’t store upright, and was kind of heavy. I wanted something lightweight, easy to collapse, and that folded flat, but stood up so I didn’t have to bend down to get it. This stroller definitely fits the bill! It’s very light, and while it takes a bit of finesse with the latch on the handle, it collapses with one hand. It will then stand upright and folded, and takes up less space. It has a tray, which is really great, and has come in handy a lot, but the bummer is that it doesn’t come off. It does have a reclining seat, but at it’s tightest, it is still fairly tilted back, so my son is never quite upright. He doesn’t seem to mind most of the time. The storage basket is a decent size, and there are two cupholders and a phone holder in the handle, as well as a cupholder in the tray. The padding is already starting to tear on the handles, but the price was so good, I don’t really care. Even if it only lasts a year, it will be worth it for the ease alone!
This stroller has a higher weight limit then most and will last me years. That was my selling point. The price is also amazing for the quality and specs of the stroller. The light color makes sure my little guy doesn’t bake in the sun and he runs hot and loves playing. This thing glides over everything except grass which was expected. It fits in most store aisles with ease and little bumping of the shelf’s.The only things I think could be improved is a leg divider to make it harder for my little guy to drop out of the bottom and run from me. He hates being restrainted into the stroller with the harness, he will fuss and meltdown.
Love it! At first it took me a minute to fold it but now it’s easy to fold and the maneuverability is fantastic. Love the color and on top of all that I feel like my baby is safe. Best combo car seat stroller ever compared to all other strollers.
Our stroller has a ton of miles on it now. This has been a great stroller. It has a ton of vents to open up and let air flow around your child. The front wheel bounces around a bit with a light child in it. We are tall people and really like that there is no bar across the back to trip on. This allows us to us it for speed walking or light jogging. It folds up quick and easy. I recommend.
It’s great. The only thing I don’t like about this is you can’t really clean it or wash it
I absolutely love the teal color of this stroller. Compared to our jogger, this is definitely more light weight, but not as light as expected. It folds super easy and small, as advertised, making it perfect for travel. Our only real issue is that the seat forces our 18 month old into a slouched and/or reclined position no matter what we do. This gets uncomfortable for her relatively quickly. So, it could never be our main stroller
Honestly this stroller is good so you’re baby can be more comfortable sleeping in it while you’re out and about. Kinda pricy but I recommend.
I love it !! They Canopy on them match up, covering baby completely while we are at the mall or outside on a walk so baby is safe from weather and germs! Its light weight in my eyes compared to some others and it fold down pretty well so easy to store away, but folding it is difficult sometimes it seems as if the button gets jammed, but it honestly is great!
The color
Good stroller.
This stroller is great if you have a large trunk. It has so many different modes it will truly last through childhood. You can put in infant car seat or use the included seat. But it’s large. Really large. It doesn’t fold down very small so if you don’t have a large trunk It’s difficult to take. If you have to pick up groceries and it’s in the back it takes a large portion of room. I wish it would fold down a little further.Overall aside from that it’s fantastic! Baby can sit facing us or world and it transforms into a bed. It does everything. Smooth and easy to turn
The car seat works great except for sometimes it is a littLe awkward when you buckle making it hard to snap the stroller moves really well the only problem with it is that when you latch it closed it is not a tight close making it difficult to put in vehicle
The carseat/stroller is a lot shorter than it appears in the picture but I do like it. Just wish it set up higher.
It was easy to put together and it rolls so smoothly. My little one loves every outing in this
Fairly compact stroller that is easy to fold and set up. Rugged enough to handle graded trails at our local park. Much smaller than our previous stroller which is nice for saving space in the back of our car.
Very light and easy to open. Struggle to close because of the wheels but got the hang of it. Love to take this with for shopping when we are in and out of the car or if I’m by myself I don’t have to struggle to get the stroller out. Highly recommend!
So good
i thought it was going to be too bulky & its not! i love that it has the pramette feature which i thought i wouldn’t care for but its so convenient for diaper changes or naptime & i ended up loving this stroller. its a smooth ride for my little one, it has plenty of storage & folds easily which is mainly why we got it. happy customer, awesome purchase
havent get to use it till next year but I try it out and I know it will be great for going on walks with it, and day to day go outs.
