This toilet looks sleek, modern, and beautiful. The picture does not do it justice. I replaced a normal height one piece toilet with this higher model. Once you have a one piece toilet, you will not want to have a two piece again because of the appearance. Even the tank lid fits flush all the way around and does not hang over the top of the tank like a regular lid.I received it within three business days of ordering and the polite freight driver parked it inside my home where I asked him to. That beats curbside delivery hands down! I get lots of deliveries and you do not want to have to lug a 90 lb toilet from the street into your home or business. When I arrived home the day it was installed I walked into the bathroom and was struck by how nice it looked. Other than opening the top of the box upon arrival to make sure that it was not broken, I had not seen it out of the box. It shipped complete with the tank parts and toilet seat. You will only need to supply a wax ring and connection hose to the wall.The bowl size is quite large – much larger appearing than my older toilet. When you flush it, the bowl completely empties and I have not had to flush twice. I am very satisfied regarding the performance of this toilet. The flush handle is not near the front of the tank. It’s on the side, so if you are not great at reaching, this might not be for you.Now for the only downside – the seat digs into your legs/thighs when you sit on it – LOL! I will explain: The toilet seat that comes with it is also sleek looking and was probably designed to go with this model toilet. It is not even width all the way around. It’s an elongated seat and the back part is wider and it narrows towards the front. It almost feels like you are sitting on a railing. I am 5′ 3 so maybe if I were taller this would not be a problem. I own another high height (cheap Glacier Bay Home Depot) toilet in my business and there is not a “pain” issue when sitting down. I have had this installed for about three weeks and I have not gotten used to this yet. Normally a person would have by now. I suppose replacing the seat is an option, however, part of the appearance of this toilet is the sleekness and specially designed seat.Overall, it’s a beautiful toilet and I am pleased that I bought it.

Fourth EDIT 2/17/22. Still loving it! Especially the ease in cleaning the outside. Our Kohler toilet upstairs without the skirt like this one, collects dust as we are so familiar with (toilet paper dust I think). So nice not to have to deal with that anymore with this toilet. I just read a review that complained of a weak flush; that isn’t the case for us at all. That complaint surprised me. In fact, still never needing our plunger, lol. Here to order second Woodbridge, same model (our second remodeling project had been delayed).Third EDIT 7/2021. 23 months. No change, still love it. One item was a sleek holder/efficient toilet bowl plunger. I immediately thought, Wow, that looks sharp! … but wait, we don’t need one anymore! Lol) Our upstairs bathroom remodel has been put on hold due to COVID, but we still plan to install this same model when the project gets rescheduled. Many things to love about it, but especially love the smooth skirt — stays so clean; no where for dust to collect! I also like that the tank lid is small with a slight forward tilt (plus it holds flush mechanism) Looks so much better clear of the clutter we used to store on the back of our old toilet. Con: depending on the “situation”, on occasion, we find the toilet flush water doesn’t clean the bowl as well as we might wish. But this isn’t a deal breaker, and is far out-weighed by everything else we love about it. If offered a free toilet, with free install, one that had a turbo swirling flush that covered every square inch of the bowl, to replace this Woodbridge, we both would say, “thanks but no thanks.”Original post: Thankful to the other reviewers who helped us decide to order this toilet sight unseen. Ordering an “appliance” without personal recommendations, or reviewed in Consumer Reports, etc., etc. — it’s just not my nature. I guess same goes for toilets, or anything nearly $300. We’ve had it installed since mid August 2019. While two months isn’t a long time, I will definitely update if my opinion changes. We’ve had no problems. It flushes great. It looks wonderful. This went into our first floor powder room. It’s a bathroom the two of us use the most often. Early next year we are remodeling our only other bathroom, the full bath upstairs. We are definitely ordering another Woodbridge! Our remodeler who installed this toilet in August had no problems with the install. For someone installing this themselves as a homeowner, definitely read all of the question/answers and reviews for some great hints to help with the process.

Saw something similar at a family member’s house and knew it would fit the bill. They ordered it from elsewhere, but I found this one on Amazon, and it did fit the bill. Given the fact that solo toilet installation is never easy (lining up the pieces and parts that are completely out of sight as you hover above with the toilet trying not to drop/break it or misalign/smash the seal), this was surprisingly harder given the hefty weight of this one piece unit. Man, was it extremely well packed, and was delivered quickly with no chips/cracks/problems. And is it good looking! It’s presence elevated the looks of a usually overlooked room.If I had another tiny head location, I’d buy another (and perhaps pay someone to put it in).

While I am happy with our new toilet, our installer was not. Because of the small holes in the side that you have to get your hand in to secure in place and the fact that the toilet sits flat against the wall, installation was very difficult for our handyman. And he is good…not a rookie at all. We were minutes away from having to return it. Glad he stuck with it and made some revisions to existing plumbing to make it work. For ease of cleaning I give it a 5 star, ease of installation I would give it a 2.

We converted a closet into a half-bath (DIY). Space was tight. This toilet was perfect. It mounted to the Oatey Toilet Flange no problem. It’s good to have an offset/angled box wrench or a ratchet with extension to cinch down the nuts through the holes in the sides of the toilet. Test fit the water line before installing the toilet. It comes with the adapter screwed on and it’s hard to remove the adapter if you need to do so with the toilet bolted down. Throw the wax ring that comes with it away and get a better quality one. We initially used the one that came with it and had to replace it later as it didn’t seal sewer gases out very well. We’ve been using it for 10 months now. It flushes well, much better than the old toilet upstairs. There’s never a need to flush twice. However, since it is a water conserving toilet, don’t overdo the toilet paper. It can clog, but we learned that and have largely avoided that issue since. The seat is very easy to take off for cleaning, a major plus. The skirt and bowl are also very easy to clean. The dual flush works as advertised. While it’s small, we’ve had people 5′ 0″ to 5′ 11″ tall use the toilet with no complaints. Very pleased. For the money it’s hard to beat and it fits incredibly well into a small space.

Make sure the products are tight, especially the spray. The bottle was not tight and a little liquid had escaped. Other than that, all was good.

However, installing it was a mission almost impossible.To get the screws attached to the floor it was a nightmare, why?You need to have baby hands in order to stick your hand inside the side holes to place the attachment screws on both sides.The solution?get your son to install it for you, of course, if he is not playing games on the computer, or have the seller contact the manufacturer and redraw the toilet for you with a bigger holeBut other than that…A masterpiece with an awesome price.
