I have this Insteon a custom sleeper semi truck. This one is the best I’ve owned. It does not freeze items at the back like my others did. It is very roomy and works great. It has no ice maker but if you don’t need one I recommend this unit.

I cannot complain about the seller. He made everything right When I bought the refrigerator. I didn’t realize it was so small that it couldn’t even keep my food cold. I thought it’d be okay but the more I used it the more I realized it was very very small and the price is way too high. So I asked free refund. The seller gave me a refund and due to the health reasons and safety issues I was able to donate the refrigerator to a college friend where she has gotten lots of use of it. Thank you

Delivered on schedule. Brand new fridge at a great price. It was spotless with no dings or dents. Works as it should so far.

Arrived damaged but on time.

This Honeywell 10.1 cubic ft refrigerator / freezer seemed like the perfect size fridge for the garage. Honeywell is a respectable brand so I always have pretty high expectations when I see their products, however, I recently had a negative experience with a Honeywell chest freezer having extremely minimal packaging, to the point where it’s almost impossible for the item to not arrive damaged, so I was hoping that that was a fluke and that this item would be securely packaged. When this item arrived the packaging appeared to be in pretty normal, not-abused condition. The bottom of the box is open, where the bottom of the refrigerator is exposed, then the sides and top are in cardboard, and underneath the cardboard is a very thin, very flimsy layer of styrofoam. I opened the box, which again appeared undamaged, to find damage to the refrigerator all over the place. Multiple dings to the doors, just about every corner of the fridge was dented/bashed in, and when you open the fridge, 2 of the plastic shelves were shattered or cracked, with stray sharp pieces of plastic floating around. This is on a fridge that came in packaging that didn’t look abused, and with delivery people that hand-carried it from their truck to me. I can only imagine the shape it would arrive in if it came under even worse (but still normal) circumstances. I feel like Honeywell has done an abysmal job with the packaging on this recent line of refrigerators and freezers, so I can’t recommend anyone purchase this type of item online. Maybe, if you could pick it up in person, but even then, the package I got did not appear damaged at all, it was only when I opened it that I could see the awful shape it was in. The refrigerator and freezer seems fine as far as functionality, but I can’t recommend it due to the manufacturer’s extremely poor packaging.

The product is as described and seems to be a good value for the money. It will work fine in our basement bar but I wouldn’t expect that it would serve the primary refrigeration needs of a family very well.I’ll say upfront, I’m usually very happy with Amazon. However, this time they missed the mark. First, this was listed as an Amazon shipped item. However, there was no indication that it would take almost 2 weeks to before it shipped. Even when I called customer support a week after placing my order, they couldn’t give me a shipping estimate.Upon delivery, the team wheeled the refrigerator to my door and then said,”Sorry sir, we only have 5 minutes to make this delivery and our time is up. Have a nice day.” So there I am standing outside my house with a 240 pound refrigerator. They said I would have needed to contract for “inside service” if I wanted them the bring it in. Hmm, don’t remember seeing that as an option on my prime delivery.Fortunately, I own a hand truck and I’m still spry enough to manhandle a 240 pound refrigerator by myself. That may not be your situation. If you don’t mind waiting an undetermined amount of time for your product and are prepared to deal with being your own moving crew, this might be a good fit for you. Otherwise, make your purchase/shipping decisions accordingly.

It’s a Good fridge and does it job. The shipping packaging could use some work. It was just styrofoam wrapped in cardboard to the top and bottom was open and the foam was damaged and could have easily damaged the fridge. It didn’t.

Seems pretty common that these things fail. Mine was new with the house I bought, manuals and receipts included, but failed within a couple years. Compressors started getting louder and within a day, it was just blowing hot air. For the parts (which are equally crap quality and waiting to fail again( and labor, it’s only a couple hundred bucks more for a new fridge.
